Thank you for being thoughtful partners, generous
supporters, and all around great people work with for 15+
strong years. Your whole team continues to work with us to
innovate and enhance our visitors’ journey — all the while
lead us in our conservation and sustainability efforts and we
truly appreciate it.

— Bridget C. Coughlin, PhD
President and CEO,
Shedd Aquarium

e|n Partner Since 2002 John G. Shedd Aquarium is, and has been since 1929, an icon on the Chicago
waterfront. Its gorgeous setting is matched only by the quality and integrity of its

exhibits and the knowledge and passion of its staff. Since 2002, Event Network

has been Shedd’s retail partner and the results have been quite impressive—a

steady progression of dramatic improvement. Well over 60% per capita sales
growth has yielded a $7 million retail operation that has tremendous upside

going forward. We continue to invest significantly in every aspect of Shedd’s
stores (both the primary and secondary stores have been completely redesigned
and rebuilt by Event Network). We look forward to many years of continuous
improvement going forward.

Thanks for being such a
great partner and for your
team’s help in achieving our
mission. It’s amazing you’re
approaching 20 years and that
does not happen by accident. Your leadership,
managers, and staff are dedicated to insuring each
site is successful.

Chief Operating Officer

The National Aquarium is always at the top
of the must-see attractions list along the
Eastern seaboard and for very good reason.

It has a spectacular variety of animals and

ecosystems on display in Baltimore’s beautiful
Inner Harbor. The Aquarium experience is
designed to educate guests on the importance

of conserving our world’s aquatic treasures

and to inspire guests to take an active role in

preserving our natural resources and living

systems. As the Aquarium’s retail partner,
Event Network has played an active role in

helping the Aquarium further their mission

since we began working with them in 2004. A
recent example of this is the store remodel we
completed in 2017. The new store embraces

and tells the conservation message

through the elimination of all plastic
fixtures and smallwares, a product
assortment cultivated to support

sustainable living through

greener options and signage
developed to further educate
guests on the importance
of conservation and the
impact our choices make on

the environment.

e|n Partner Since 2004

Over the years we have had several partners throughout our

organization and it is extremely refreshing when you have a

partner that “gets it” — that fully understands our purpose and

mission, and provides that level of exceptional customer service

we seek from our team. Event Network

has definitely been that partner. — Joe Handy
President & COO
Georgia Aquarium

e|n Partner Since 2010 The Georgia Aquarium in downtown Atlanta is one of the world’s largest
aquariums; and one of North America’s finest and most visited attractions
welcoming over 1.9 million guests a year. Event Network was carefully chosen
through a RFP process in 2010 to become the Aquarium’s retail partner—and to
elevate the quality of the Aquarium’s shopping experience to the same level as its
extraordinary exhibits. We have improved the aesthetics (a complete remodel in
2012), merchandise assortment, guest service and overall experience in the store
and the Georgia Aquarium team could not be happier with the results. Store sales
and per caps have since skyrocketed placing the Georgia Aquarium amongst the
highest performing Aquarium retail operations in the world.

EN has operated the Seattle Aquarium
Store with sensitivity to our mission
and to making the store an extension
of the Aquarium visitor experience.
On-site store management has been
professional and proactive. EN’s
employees offer store customers
crisp, helpful customer service that
enhances the Seattle Aquarium
brand. The store director regularly
participates in Aquarium senior
management meetings and is
supportive of Aquarium promotions
and events. EN fulfills its financial
commitments...and the results reflect
a sharp increase over the previous
store operator in gross sales and
income to the Aquarium. We consider
EN to be an excellent business partner
and have extended our partnership
long term.

— Bob Davidson
Chief Executive Officer

e|n Partner Since 2004 The Seattle Aquarium opened a beautiful expansion in 2007 that captures the

essence of Puget Sound wildlife and its magnetic appeal. Event Network designed, built
and merchandised an equally beautiful store in the new building. Per capita sales have
grown by more than 100% since we began operating in 2005. Set amidst a bustling

tourist area with significant competitive retail, we have established the Aquarium
store as a destination for the highest quality, authentic marine-life inspired

merchandise. Along with the Aquarium’s extraordinary efforts and improvements
(gorgeous new exhibits) the Seattle Aquarium Store is now a true brand builder and

source of pride for the Aquarium and the City of Seattle.

e|n Partner Since 2016 The recently opened OdySea Aquarium is the largest aquarium in the

Southwest, over spanning 200,000 square feet. The state-of-the-art facility holds
more than 2 million gallons of water, housing over 500 different species and more
than 30,000 animal residents. The Aquarium offers interactive, entertaining

and educational experiences that inspire people to conserve aquatic resources

and protect the animal world. Event Network was selected to design, build, and

operate the OdySea Treasures Gift Shop. The highly themed immersive shopping
environment beautifully compliments the Aquarium experience and sales are

off to a phenomenal start!

e|n Partner Since 2008 The Chicago Botanic Garden is an immaculate and inspiring display garden in the upscale

northern suburbs of Chicago. Our beautifully designed, “Asian-inspired” store is full of
wonderful gift items that one would not find in other Chicago area stores. Our team is

extremely knowledgeable regarding planting and gardening, which is particularly important

with the Garden’s frequent visiting customer base. We also operate a nice holiday store to

complement the Garden’s gorgeous holiday displays, an annual tradition for Chicagoans.

The Garden’s team has been extremely supportive of our partnership, which has delivered a
material retail revenue increase.

Longwood Gardens is North America’s pre-
eminent horticultural display garden and

one of the most highly regarded in the

world. Retail is an important component
to the guest experience and is held to the

absolute highest aesthetic standards by

Longwood’s advisory committee and other
stakeholders. Event Network has been the
proud retail partner of Longwood Gardens
since 2003. We have substantially grown per
capita sales at Longwood while being highly
cognizant of the Gardens’ desire to maintain

a boutique shopping experience, which

takes on a whole new definition with the newly
remodeled GardenShop which opened to rave
reviews in the spring of 2017. The new store

is both elegant and eclectic, with a product

mix that was curated to inspire both the novice

The Museum of the American Revolution, which

opened in the heart of historic Philadelphia on

April 19, 2017, explores the dynamic story of the
American Revolution using its rich collection of

Revolutionary-era weapons, personal items,

letters, diaries, and works of art. Event Network
was selected after a national RFP process to be
the Museum’s retail partner. We worked hand in
hand with the Museum team to design and build
the Gift Shop leading up to the Grand Opening.

The Museum’s collections are extensive and

contain wonderful items for our product team to
create “must have” items for the gift shop. We

took inspiration from a variety of artifacts to

create the opening product assortment.

I have nothing but glowing endorsements for
any prospective Event Network partner and my
strongest recommendation for hiring your company.

President & CEO

e|n Partner Since 2004 Aircraft carriers are quite unique. The USS Midway is an amazing
attraction that quickly became iconic in San Diego and has never lost its

luster. It has surpassed all expectations in terms of visitation and revenue

generation. Event Network’s retail performance has also far surpassed all

expectations. After designing and building the initial store (“Jet Shop”),
we have made major improvements several times and each time we were

able to increase revenues as a result, reaching sales upwards of $4 million.

The Midway is another long-term partnership that has been successful in

every sense of the word.

It is difficult to accurately describe the quality

of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library
& Museum. It was the first presidential
museum to open in the United States that had

a commitment to bring history to life for the

visitor. Event Network was selected follow-

ing several years of due diligence to design,

build and operate a 3,800 square foot retail

environment to integrate with its surrounding
museum and library environments. The result

is an extraordinarily rich, vibrant store that has
achievedunprecedentedresults.Themerchandise
assortment has been carefully developed to
incorporate every conceivable product category
and type of item that lends itself to the Lincoln
brand. Product development — interpretation
and replication of the Museum’s wonderful artifact
collection — is a critical part of the assortment;
along with a wide-ranging media and book
selection. Since we and the Museum opened in
the spring of 2005, per capita sales have averaged
nearly $6.00 (annual sales volume ranging from
$1.5-2.0 million).

e|n Partner Since 2005

As an Event Network partner who appreciates the work your team

does at MOS, I was recently at Mystic Seaport with my family and

spent time in the store. I suspected it was an Event Network store

because the quality and service were so good.

My suspicion was confirmed.

It is one of the finest attraction — Jonathan Burke
stores I have ever seen. Vice President of Operations
Museum of Science (Boston)

Mystic Seaport is the most widely recognized maritime
museum in the United States. It is also a tremendous
brand, with more than 75 years of operating history

and a huge collection of compelling maritime content.

Event Network was selected to be Mystic Seaport’s

retail partner in order to “elevate the experience”

and enhance the quality in what is already one of New

England’s renowned gift/bookstores. Embodying

Mystic Seaport’s focus, the primary store is all about
the history of America and the sea.

As we do at every attraction where we operate, we
have spent a great deal of time developing and refining
the merchandise assortment. As always, we are

focused on connecting product to the Seaport’s rich
content but are also cognizant of the need to appeal
to both avid maritime people and less “sea-centric”,
but equally curious, New England tourists. Per capita

sales, which include shopping from townspeople and
tourists (the main shop is accessible to the general
public) exceed $9.00.

Event Network operates two primary stores, including
a bakery and coffee shop where we make and sell
fudge, baked goods, sandwiches and snacks. The
Seaport team is as pleased with the service levels we
provide in the stores and café as they are with the solid
results we achieve.

The Independence Visitor Center, a privately
operated facility in partnership with the National

Parks Service, is the gateway to historic
Philadelphia and its many surrounding area
attractions. It is truly a destination for millions

of visitors to the Philadelphia area. In the spring
of 2018 we were able to expand the store from
3,000 square feet to 3,600 square feet to better
accommodate the large volume of visitors that
come through the Center each year. The new

store is engaging and inviting with a diverse
product assortment featuring local artisans
that celebrates Philadelphia, it’s history,

heritage, and distinct culture. Event Network
inherited the business from another third party

operator and has doubled the annual sales.

e|n Partner Since 2007

We are absolutely thrilled with the new gift shop.
It’s way beyond what I expected. The Event Network
team did a fantastic job.

One of our staff members commented, “that’s the
coolest gift shop I’ve ever seen.” And it is.

The Henry Ford

e|n Partner Since 2007 The Henry Ford is the largest indoor-outdoor museum complex in America and is widely known as

one of America’s greatest history attractions. The Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village bring
to life an amazingly large slice of America’s glorious past. Event Network operates 6-8 different

retail locations depending upon the time of the year, special exhibits, etc. The product offerings in the

various retail locations are an eclectic mix of Americana, representative of both the early American

time period up through present day. Our assortment, which includes custom product developed by

Event Network and the crafts and artisan products made on site at Greenfield Village, beautifully
complements The Henry Ford experience and its exhibits and collections. In the spring of 2015,

Event Network completely re-envisioned the shopping experience of the main store at The Henry

Ford. The new design incorporates props and fixtures that are representative of the industrial time
period of the early automotive manufacturing boom. The newly remodeled store is clean, modern
and authentically Detroit honoring the legacy of the city and the man that revolutionized the

automobile industry.

We are very happy to recommend Event Network services to any new
prospective customer/partner. We couldn’t be more pleased
with everything Event Network has done for us
to help us further our mission.

Gettysburg Foundation

e|n Partner Since 2008 The hallowed grounds of the Gettysburg National Battlefield opened a new Visitor

Center and Museum in 2008 to complement what is one of America’s most compelling
and important historical experiences. Event Network designed, built, merchandised and
now operates a completely customized, historically accurate and world-class store that
completes the guest experience. It generates huge per capita sales, upwards of $10.00

and a sales volume exceeding $6.5 Million. The partnership is with the Foundation but

also integrates with the National Park Service, which is the governing authority for the

sacred grounds at Gettysburg. Event Network also operates a store at the Eisenhower

House located on the property.

“People worldwide continue to
remember the Alamo as a heroic

struggle against impossible
odds—a place where men
made the ultimate sacrifice for
freedom. For this reason, the
Alamo remains hallowed ground
and the Shrine of Texas Liberty.”

e|n Partner Since 2013 Over 1.5 million people a year visit the sacred grounds of The Alamo, where courageous men fought

against insurmountable odds in the name of liberty. The Texas General Land Office and the Daughters of

the Republic of Texas, after a national RFP process, selected Event Network in summer of 2012 to be the

Alamo’s retail partner. The Alamo is unique in that The Alamo complex and exhibits are funded solely
from money and proceeds from the gift shop. This is quite a responsibility and one that we take very

seriously. In early 2013, Event Network designed and executed a complete customized re-model of the

Alamo Gift Shop. Great care was taken to maintain and preserve the original elements of this historic
landmark, while integrating new elements to improve product capacity and traffic flow. The new store

opened to rave reviews and immediately generated significantly higher revenues. The multi-sensory retail

environment evokes the emotion of the Alamo and captures the essence of the Alamo story.

I have made a few good decisions in
the eight years I have led the Marine
Corps Heritage Foundation, but none
better than to partner with Event
Network. The relationship simply
could not be better, and I know it will
only strengthen in the years to come.

— General Robert Blackman
President & CEO

e|n Partner Since 2015

The National Museum of the Marine Corps is a deeply
immersive experience that preserves and exhibits the

material history of the U.S. Marine Corps; honoring the
commitment, accomplishments, and sacrifices of

the Marines. The Museum is a lasting tribute to the U.S.
Marines—past, present & future and has quickly become

a “can’t miss experience” for visitors from all over the

world. The annual visitation, in excess of 450,000 people,
is testament not only to how compelling and engaging

the stories and exhibits are, but also to the power of the
Marine Corps brand. Event Network is proud to serve

as the retail partner for the National Museum of the
Marine Corps and look forward to being in service to the
Museum and its guests for many years to come.

e|n Partner Since 2015 The Intrepid Museum Sea, Air & Space Museum Complex is unlike any other attraction in the

world. Its prominent location on the west side of Manhattan, its singular collection of artifacts

and relics complementing the rich history of the ship itself, the symbols of innovation that are
seemingly everywhere one looks, and the ship’s iconic status all provide an incredible story and

experience for the Intrepid’s guests. The Intrepid opened a new visitor center the summer of 2015

with Event Network working closely with the Intrepid team to create a dynamic store design

for the new gift shop in the welcome center. A destination shopping experience for locals and a
must-see for tourists.

Since we opened in Cleveland, Event

Network has steadily grown the business

from day one. The Zoo continues to reinvest
in its exhibits and offerings and we have

done the same by reimaging several of

the existing locations (including the newly
remodeled main store in 2017) along with
investing in new opportunities, like Bashi’s
Store, when they arise. The response
from guests and the Zoo alike have been

overwhelmingly positive; and we could

not be more excited to continue developing
the business going forward. The Zoo’s

team actively collaborates with our

store and store support teams to develop

promotions that drive significant traffic

to the stores.

A leader in animal care and sustainable

practices, the Oregon Zoo has been educating
and entertaining millions of visitors for
over 125 years. Shortly after being selected
through a national RFP process by the Oregon
Zoo, in the spring of 2015 Event Network

implemented a new design for the ZooShop.

The store environments were reinvigorated
with new colorful graphics, lights, props and

fixtures as well as new custom product

lines made exclusively for the Zoo. A

more open floor layout improves the traffic
flow and overall “shopability” of the Store,
which has improved the stores performance

dramatically. Revenues are up 78% from the

previous third party operator. In addition to
the main store, Event Network operates three
additional retail locations on the Zoo grounds
as well as managing stroller rentals and other

ancillary revenue drivers on behalf of the Zoo.

e|n Partner Since 2014

Josh and the entire Event Network Team are amazing partners

and have a team spirit and commitment to the Zoo that makes

for a winning combination.
