EQUIPMENT RENTALS

All Tribal government facilities require reservations.
Tribal government facilities are available on a
first-come, first-served basis. Tribal employees may
use Tribal government facilities for work-related
purposes. Tribal members, including those who are
employees, may use Tribal government facilities for
personal purposes, in accordance with the policies.
Please allow 15 days prior to the event, so that
management can adjust staff schedules as needed.

Services Fields and Skate Park. Reservations canceled
by the renter no less than 24 hours prior to start date 360-716-4160

locked and secured at 12:00 midnight.

*You will need to provide your own cooking equipment
(i.e. pots, pans, cooking utensils, and pot holders).

Kitchen staff will do a walk-through with renter before/
after event. Staff will open/close building according to
time renter placed on rental request. Staff will only wait
an additional 30 minutes. Any time after that, renter will

need to reschedule event for another date.

**Uppy’s Kitchen & Tribal Gym are currently used for
community gatherings­­— therefore, there is a possibility
of having to reschedule events that have been scheduled
months in advance, funeral gatherings are at a moment’s
notice. Management will give as much advanced notice

as possible for renter to reschedule another tribal
government building or another date.
