Creation Of Air Segments In PNR
When a customer calls or visits a travel agency to arrange a
vacation, he or she will frequently supply the destination
and dates of the trip before any other information.
As a result, the travel agent's initial step in constructing a PNR is
frequently to show flight availability.
Following the client's decision on a flight, the next step is normally
to book the flight. This operation produces an itinerary segment,
which starts the PNR creation process for the customer.
Most of the time, the agent will book a return ticket by
displaying opposite availability, selecting a flight from the
resulting display, and creating a new booking.
