4 นับจากปี 2562 เป็นต้นมา ดีทีจีโอได้เริ่มระดมความคิด วางเป้าหมาย ออกแบบ และค่อย ๆ เติมเต็มบรรยากาศของบ้านหลังนี้ เพื่อให้เป็นบ้านที่แฟมทุกคนได้ Live, Learn, Work, Play ด้วยกัน Starting at the beginning of 2019, the construction of our new home commenced. It was designed to serve as a home for DTGO FAMZ to live, learn, work, and play together.

CampUs is a scout camp and a campus, based on love, integrity and harmony, with a great corporate culture. Our home's atmosphere and facilities support living, learning, working and playing. DTGO CampUs has the spirit of a campus and scout camp where “me” and “you” unite to bring everyone closer.

Campus หมายถึง สถาบันศึกษาหรือมหาวิทยาลัยที่เป็นทั้ง พื้นที่แห่งการใช้ชีวิตและแหล่งเรียนรู้ Campus means a place for both living and learning. Scout Camp หมายถึง ค่ายลูกเสือที่คอยบ่มเพาะทุกคนให้ มีจิตใจดีพร้อมช่วยเหลือผู้อื่นและสร้างประโยชน์ให้กับส่วนรวม อีกทั้งเต็มไปด้วยมิตรภาพและความทรงจำดีๆ Scout Camp is a campsite where everyone grows in goodness, readytohelp othersand benefit the public, while sharing friendship and cherished memories. Us หมายถึง‘เรา’ ภายในคำ นี้จะประกอบด้วย ‘ฉัน’ และ‘เธอ’ อยู่เสมอจะขาดคำ ใดคำ หนึ่งไม่ได้ซึ่งเมื่อฉันและเธอมาอยู่รวมกัน ก็จะเกิดทีมเวิร์กขึ้นมานั่นเอง Us means“we”, where“I”and “you” combine. Each is essential. When “I” and “you” unite, the outcome is teamwork. CampUs symbolizes a place that combines the essence of a campus, the spirit of a scout camp, and the power of unity between ‘I’ and ‘you’ to create a cohesive team.

16 มีคนถามว่า... เดี๋ยวนี้ใคร ๆ ก็work anywhere กันทั้งนั้น ทำ ไมต้องสร้าง office ใหม่ด้วย บีตอบว่า “เราไม่ได้สร้างออฟฟิศ...เราสร้างบ้าน” บ้านที่เป็นที่พักพิงให้กับสมาชิกดีทีจีโอทุกคน บ้านที่เวลาเราเหนื่อยนักก็สามารถกลับมาพักได้ บ้านที่มีความรัก ความอบอุ่น มีปู่ มีลุง มีป้า มีพี่ มีน้อง มีเพื่อน ๆ ที่เราสามารถแบ่งปันความสุข ความทุกข์เป็นกำลังกาย กำลังใจให้กันและกัน เมื่อเรามีภารกิจ มีหน้าที่ต้องออกไปทำ งานตามสถานที่ต่าง ๆ ก็ไป บางคนอาจจะต้องอยู่ประจำตามสถานที่หรือโครงการต่าง ๆ ก็อยู่ แต่เมื่อใดที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ ต้องการความรู้ต้องการความรัก ต้องการกำลังใจ ก็สามารถกลับมาหา มาพัก มานั่งเล่น มาพบปะกันที่บ้านของเรา ที่“CampUs” ได้เสมอ เพราะเราตั้งใจมาก ๆ ที่จะทำ ให้CampUs เป็นบ้านที่มีความสุข เป็นบ้านที่อบอุ่นสำ หรับดีทีจีโอทุก ๆ คน เราไม่ได้สร้างออฟฟิศ...เราสร้างบ้าน We didn't build an office...We built a home. คุณทิพพาภรณ์ อริยวรารมย์ 17 สิงหาคม 2562
CHAPTER 2 l บ้านที่หล่อหลอมหัวใจของเรา 17 There was a question that arose: “In today’s world, where anyone can work from anywhere, why bother building a new office?” To which I replied, “We didn’t build an office; we created a home.” A home that provides a sanctuary for all our DTGO members. A home where we can retreat and rejuvenate when fatigue sets in. A home infused with love and warmth, inhabited by grandparents, uncles, aunts, siblings and friends. A place where we can share both joy and sorrow, offering each other physical and emotional support. While some of us have obligations that necessitate working from various locations, we venture forth. Certain individuals may need to be stationed at specific places or projects. Nevertheless, whenever we require assistance, knowledge, affection, or motivation, we can always return, rest, engage in recreational activities and convene at our cherished abode, known as “CampUs”. This is because it is our unwavering dedication to make CampUs a blissful home that radiates warmth and hospitality for each and every member of the DTGO family. 22 Camp Yards, situated on the opposite side of CampUs with a road in between, is seamlessly connected by a bridge, allowing family members to traverse comfortably. It is expected to be completed and operational in phase 2 the end of 2024. CAMP YARDS serves as a convenient hub, providing a myriad of community and neighboringoffice services, as we prideourselves in being an integral part of the community. Camp Yards boasts a delightful amalgamation of CampUs and Friends Hub, offering essential amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, hair and nail salons, as well as relaxation activities like music listening and soothing massages. Furthermore, it fosters opportunities for meetings and knowledge sharing, showcases affordable products and hosts exciting highlights, including: DTGO Bookstore Retail shops and restaurants accessible throughout the day Mini Apartments A specially designed co-working space for start-up groups to work freely, stimulating networking, conversations and the exchange of brilliant ideas. A stylish, creative office space for designers and creatives. Camp Yards, as bothanonline and on-ground community, encourages students and collaborators to engage in joint showcase projects and contribute knowledgetosocietythroughall six labs. It facilitatesconnections, friendships, and the sharing of ideas between DTGO and the broader society.

Researchers from the company and their partners from around the world work here. The building has spaces to develop and test innovations including a lab built to international standards. Facilitiesenhance design“For All Well-Being”and displaySuperlab's research. Start with the fence line acts as a natural facade that blooms with yellow flowers throughout its length. ‘HI PARK’สวนหน้าบ้านที่รอทักทายแฟมและทุกคนที่เข้ามาเยือน ใกล้ๆ โซนนี้ยังมีสนามหญ้า ‘BAREFOOT PARK’ และต้นไม้ให้ร่มเงา ไว้นั่งชิลที่ ‘WINGFOOT PARK’ The ‘HI PARK’ in front of the home warmly welcomes FAMZ and visitors, accompanied by the neighboring ‘BAREFOOT PARK’, and the tranquil ‘WINGFOOT PARK’, nestled under the shade of trees, offering a serene retreat to relax and unwind.
