INTRODUCTION
In the present world of competition that is race of existence in which those are having will to
come forward succeed. Project is like a bridge between theoretical and practical working. With
this willing I joined this particular project. First of all, I would like to take the supreme power
the almighty Allah the highest gratitude is extended to the divine because with his grace I
was able to complete the task given. I am feeling oblige in taking the opportunity to sincerely
thanks to Madam Zuraidah Nordin, as an Entrepreneur Lecturer for having placed her full trust
in me to fulfil the task given. Her suggestion and her instruction have served as the major
contributor towards the completion of this project.
Then, I would like to thank my parents and friends who have helped me with their valuable
suggestion and guidance has become very helpful in various phases of the completion of the
project. This speech is also addressed to all parties who have been involved in the success of
this task either directly or indirectly. I really appreciate all the help they have given because
without their help and support all these tasks may not be able to perform well.

BUSINESS PROFILE

Viscoff is a snack that sold situated in the somewhere suburb of Kelantan. It specializes in
delicious crunchy of mini crunch and pretzel. Viscoff comes with two different products. Which
are viscoff the original one, and baby viscoff, which contains pretzel. It suit with all ages,
medium to high purchasing power, biscoff lover also to those who loves to have different taste
of chocojar.
Viscoff and Baby viscoff is a product to fulfil the customer satisfaction. Also, as a supper for
the people who were stay in the midnight, student who stay up to make assignment, or even
enjoying your weekends by eating viscoff while watching Netflix. It suitable to eat because it
was a junk food that easy to eat as it is on the go snacks. It is also not boring while eating
because it contains chocolate that can give you a good mood to do your task and start a
refreshing day.
Viscoff product made from chocolate that not sweet as other products that contained
chocolate. It is because it made from premium chocolate that does not sweet as typical
chocolate. Chocolate is a product that people does not boring to eat with because the good
side of chocolate itself. Chocolate is high calorie and contains carbohydrate, sugar, fat, also
protein. It rich with vitamin B12, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin E and mineral like phosphorus and
zink. Chocolate can reduces heart risk, can lose weight, maintained the nervous system. Kindly
reminder that do not take so much chocolate because it also can risk your health.
The price for our product is RM16.90 for viscoff and RM13.90 for baby viscoff. I think it is so
affordable and reasonable price for snacks that contain biscoff spread. It is because we all
knew that biscoff price is quiet expensive. So, from that price we sure that people that from
different purchasing power can buy and taste our product.

BUSINESS CONCEPT

The concept I brought in my business is urbanization concept. By being a drop shipper to a
Viscoff brand, I have sold a unique product that have high demand. To get this product
further, I used mostly every social media that I have to spread the existence of my product.
For example, I used Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. Nowadays everything go beyond
standard. Which means, if I posted my products through digital, people will see my product
easily. I do not have to do traditional concept where I need to approach people, explain about
my product, setting up my shop physically and so on. By using urbanization concept, I just
need to make an advertisement and upload on every social media I have, so that people will
see my product.
Besides, I offer my product to people with medium to high purchasing power, people who
likes to taste different taste of sweet snacks, and biscoff lover since biscoff is one of the most
product people are looking for right now. So that, I take this opportunity to sell my product
and gain a lot profit and sales. From this concept, I can explore more what people wanted,
what is the new trend also what product can be accepted in the market.
Moreover, for service, I just only send the products by post. This is because I am a drop-
shipper. Meaning that is, I am not the one who keep the stock. I just promote, answering
customer’s order and managing their order. If the customer wanted to have the product by
cash on delivery (C.O.D), I will let my agent to go for c.o.d. customer also can pick up the
products by themselves by coming to my agent’s house and get the products with them.
Lastly, to boost up my products, I used to set up all of the social media. For example,
Instagram, Facebook page and WhatsApp also website. This is because I will make sure that
if my customers wanted to know more about my product, they can explore them using those
media. They also will up to date with my products. They will know much details and know the
what new product I will launch or may be any gift away that I will do to attract their attention.

REASON FOR SELLING

One of the biggest reason why I am selling viscoff, which is, a sweet snack is because it is a
solution to the many needs of moderns consumers. Whether between meals or as a supper
replacement, this product potential in the near future is huge. Today, sweet snacks is rising
of global packaged food sales. Consumers will choose to have a snack in every situation,
whether doing assignment, watching Netflix, while discussing, or simply while working in front
of a computer screen. Since we are facing covid-19, so the demand for snack really in huge
demands.
Then, the advantages of selling sweet snacks online is that I can market my product digitally.
That means when I have social media, content marketing, and even more at my disposal.
Rather than traditional style of selling, it can make my selling slow and limited. By online, my
products can go worldwide and it is my big opportunity to bring my brands further. This
advantage is also true for advertising my products. For example, if I am selling sweet snacks
online and have created something new, I can share it on social media. For instance,
Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter. People love to explore something new on their social media
accounts. So I have to catch up with the trend and get my products to go out there. If there
is my luck, my content might go viral.
Furthermore, provide something new. For your information, viscoff is the brand new in sweet
snacks. I take this opportunity to sell so that people will taste the unique taste of my products.
Viscoff is a sweet snack that used melted chocolate with biscoff biscuit spread. So, it is new
taste of chocojar that have in our country. This is also high demand since biscoff spread is a
trend right now.

EXPERIENCE

My experience throughout this assignment is I learned more about how was the situation to
build a business. The ways how people selling their products using all method that has been
required. How they deal with so many kinds of demands from consumers and I also learned
how to make people know about my products and my branding. By keep on posting on every
platform of social media to show to the consumers what was I am selling. In posting every
advertisement, I learned that we should do two ways of selling. Which are soft sell and hard
sell. The reason why I have to do that because it not pushing my consumer to buy my
products. It also slowly attract them to buy my product. Then, it is a good experience when I
got profit and sales. It gives me the energy to post more about my product. Furthermore, it
is a good experience when by selling the product it gives me an opportunity to deal and talk
with customers so that it can boost my confident level towards my product. On the other
hand, I experience to build in my own website. It is a new to me since as before I have also
sold something on social media but not in website. By doing this tasks, I also can improve my
photography skills, which as before I do not know about how to take photo of product in right
way with the right lighting. To make this project happened, I experience on how to do not
give up easily because when we are trying our best and give all out, there is a way and
because of that, I achieved my target.

Before

Before I am going to take e-entrepreneurship subject, I was so afraid because on that time I
was informing that I have to sell product by my own. As my last semester, which is semester
2 if I am not mistaken, I have told to sell product but at that time, I am doing that by grouping.
So, when I take this subject and start doing research I have the confident and excited to start
selling. I challenged myself to take the risk that I am going to face.

Besides, I think this is very valuable experience to go through. I also do research in what I
have to sell, what product will give me a lot of profit, what product that have the highest
demand and so on. At first, I was so scared that people would not buying my product. Also, I
am nervous when I thinking of the sales that Madam Zuraidah has been asking for. It is a
huge amount to reach that target and I lost my confident a little bit.

When I asked my friend what they feel towards this task, they respond just like me. Therefore,
even though we are also afraid of this task, we gave each other moral supports so that it will
burst our confident level up. How lucky I am to have them as my friend to get along with this
assignment.

During
During my e-entrepreneurship class, Madam Zuraidah taught us about what will going through
on this subject. From that, we got an idea to do with our assignment. It was fun and released
because Madam Zuraidah has guided us on what we are going to do, suggest what product
suit to sell and all that. Madam Zuraidah also asked us, by doing online business, it is not only
focus on to get profit and sales, but business will help the society to get the product they
want.
After
When it comes to the end of the semester, I knew how to build a business. Up and down to
build a business is not an easy process. E-entrepreneurship has taught me to be more
appreciate towards all businessman and businesswoman out there. It was very meaningful
experience to me and of course to my classmates too. Honestly speaking, almost every time
I wanted to give up to sell the product, stop updating on social media and do not mind about
the sales that I will get. Then, I realised that this is the only opportunity that I got when I am
still studying. So, I will not let the chance and build my spirit to make this task done. I am
pretty sure that I will fully utilised all of the experience and all the lecture that I have learned,
to build my own business in future. I would thank to Madam Zuraidah that has been teaching
my classmates and I a lot about e-entrepreneurship.

Facebook is an American online social media and social networking service owned by
Facebook, Inc. founded in 2004 by mark Zuckerberg with fellow Harvard college students and
roommates Eduardo Saverin, Andrew Mccollum, Dustin Moskovitz, and Chris Hughes, its name
comes from the facebook directions often given to American university students. Membership
was initially limited to Harvard students, gradually expanding to other North American
universities and, since 2006, anyone over 13 years old. As of 2020, Facebook claimed 2.8
billion monthly active users, and ranked seventh in global internet usage. It was the most
downloaded mobile app of the 2010s.
Facebook can be accessed from devices with internet connectivity, such as personal
computers, tablets, and smartphones. After registering, users can create a profile revealing
information about themselves. They can post text, photos and multimedia which are shared
with any other users who have agreed to be their friend or, with different privacy settings,
publicly. Users can also communicate directly with each other with Facebook Messenger, join
common-interest groups, and receive notifications on the activities of their Facebook friends
and pages they follow.
The subject of numerous controversies, Facebook has often been criticised over issues such
as user privacy as with the Cambridge Analytical Data scandal, political manipulation as with
the 2016 U.S elections, mass surveillance, psychological effects such as addiction and low
self-esteem, and content such as fake news, conspiracy theories, copyright infringement, and
hate speech. Commentators have accused Facebook of willingly facilitating the spread of such
content, as well as exaggerating its number of users to appeal to advertisers.
In February 2012, Facebook filed to become a public company. Its initial public offering (IPO)
in May raised $16 billion, giving it a market value of $102.4 billion. By contrast, the largest
IPO of an Internet company to date was that of the search-engine company Google Inc.,
which had raised $1.9 billion when it went public in 2004. By the end of the first day of the
stock’s trading, Zuckerberg’s holdings were estimated at more than $19 billion.

INTRODUCTION TO INSTAGRAM

Instagram is an American photo and video sharing social networking service founded by Kevin
Systrom and Mike Krieger. In April 2012, Facebook acquired the service for approximately
US$1 billion in cash and stock. The app allows users to upload media that can be edited with
filters and organize by hashtags and geographical tagging. Posts can be shared publicly or
with pre-approved followers. Users can browse other users' content by tags and locations and
view trending content. Users can like photos and follow other users to add their content to a
personal feed.

Instagram was originally, distinguished by only allowing content to be framed in a square
(1:1) aspect ratio with 640 pixels to match the display width of the iPhone at the time. In
2015, these restrictions were eased with an increase to 1080 pixels. The service also added
messaging features, the ability to include multiple images or videos in a single post, and a
'stories' feature similar to its main opposition Snapchat. Which allows users to post photos
and videos to a sequential feed, with each post accessible by others for 24 hours each. As of
January 2019, the stories feature is used by 500 million users daily.

Originally, Instagram launched for iOS in October 2010, Instagram rapidly gained popularity,
with one million registered users in two months, 10 million in a year, and 1 billion as of June
2018. The Android version released in April 2012, followed by a feature-limited desktop
interface in November 2012, a Fire OS app in June 2014, and an app for Windows 10 in
October 2016. As of October 2015, over 40 billion photos had been uploaded. Although praised
for its influence, Instagram has been the subject of criticism, most notably for policy and
interface changes, allegations of censorship, and illegal or improper content uploaded by
users.

As of June 2021, the most followed person is Portuguese professional footballer Cristiano
Ronaldo with over 300 million followers. As of January 14, 2019, the most-liked photo on
Instagram is a picture of an egg, posted by the account @world_record_egg, created with the
sole purpose of surpassing the previous record of 18 million likes on a Kylie Jenner post. The
picture currently has over 55 million likes. The second most-liked photo is a wedding photo of
Ariana Grande and her husband Dalton Gomez. Instagram was the fourth most downloaded
mobile app of the 2010s.
