一、本會會徽象徵『世界華人工商婦女企管協會』凝聚全球華商婦 1. The emblem of our federation represents the meaning, mission and aim
女菁英的意義、使命與宗旨。 of the Global Federation of Chinese Business Women that rallies the
most remarkable women from all over the world.
二、球體中間五個英文字母『GFCBW』為本會英文全名『Global

Business Women Southern California Chapter (GFCBWSCC)
on hosting their 5th Golden Crown Awards Gala and
Celebration at the Pacific Palms Resort.
Since 1991, GFCBWSCC has striven to promote economic development, enhance international
business exchange, and build a strong network for Chinese business women. As we celebrate
Women’s History Month, it is important to celebrate women entrepreneurs who have committed
to serving their community – through economic growth and contributions to the public welfare.

欣逢世界華人工商婦女企管協會南加州分會27周年慶暨第19、20屆新舊任會長交接及第五屆金冠獎
選拔頒獎，貴賓雲集。歷屆會長王憶芳創會長、余明、甘茹香、丁克鋮、薛淑珍、李柔明、馮玉庭、張淑
華、冉淑綺、劉盧蔭、江美琴、郭秀梅、張綺芳、陳玲華等奠定良好基礎，現任潘意玲會長，接任以來認
真領導團隊，按前會長腳步進行活動，圓滿卸任。

金冠獎自2006年起每兩年選拔取才一次，邀請當地僑界、工商界、政界等眾多社團及世華會員來自
兩岸三地僑胞共襄盛舉，聲勢浩大。金冠獎的得獎者即有資格被推薦參選世華總會舉辦的世界十大傑出華
商婦女「華冠獎」，意義非凡。南加州分會在當地所付出的貢獻也廣受美國政商主流的肯定，瑞琴創會
總會長代表總會向貴會致上賀意，期許潘意玲會長卸任不卸職，發揮正面影響力，繼續為世華組織貢獻心
力。

薪火相傳代表優質組織文化的延續，新任黃美月會長人脈豐沛、有果決執行力、服務親切，是積極樂
觀的優質領袖，也是南加州分會前秘書長，對於世華的歷史文化會務運作有豐富的認識，相信美月會長用
心領導下，會務定蒸蒸日上。

世華喜事連連！黎淑瑛總會長、陳玲華副總會長、劉美德創會長、張碧玉華冠獎得主，受聘中華民國
僑委會僑務委員政務官。恭喜四位僑務委員，新官上任，世華之光！

世華是唯一世界總會設置在中華民國行政院內政部，登記許可准設立的國際婦女社團，也是在美國華
盛頓D.C.登記註冊中英文名稱及LOGO，由中華民國延伸至海外的國際社團，至今邁入歷史25年，開枝散葉
快速成長，分會遍布全球三大洋六大洲共62個分會，歷屆總會長走遍全球鼓勵僑胞企業家成立分會，經各
地經文處各級長官協助指導，借重資源推動國民外交，凝聚全球女企業菁英之力量，發揮女性剛柔並濟的
優點，致力成為全球僑商婦女的聯繫網絡和溝通平台，積極協助僑務工作及公益貢獻，成為臺灣國民外交
倚重的新女力。

去年哈維颶風重創美國休士頓，黎淑瑛總會長號召全球世華各地分會募款，短時間就募集8萬元美
金，是第一個捐款的僑團，感動休士頓當地居民，完成一次成功的國民外交。僑委會吳新興委員長1/9特別
召見世華總會長等10人代表，頒發賑災表揚狀，並讚揚世華組織善用女性溫柔力量，用愛心做善事，發揮
大愛精神捐款救助災民，讓休士頓居民深刻感受臺灣僑胞為善不落人後，提升臺灣僑民形象。這也證明世
華在全球是具有影響力的組織，希望世華姊妹們持續推動海外僑民企業家投資或增資臺灣產業，尤其是新
創產業，幫助年輕人創業提升臺灣經濟競爭力。

瑞琴擔任總會長期間，在各地看見華商婦女的堅韌及傑出，不僅服務社會，創造事業及促進經濟繁
榮，因此發想創辦世界十大傑出華商婦女華冠獎，於2001年舉辦世「華冠獎」選拔頒獎，邀請中華民國最
高領導人頒獎，藉此獎項肯定得獎人，讓我們以他們為學習的標竿典範，見賢思齊，進而對國際社會安定
及經貿發展有正面的意義。南加州分會人才濟濟，華冠獎得主有四位：張鄭美蓮第三屆、郭秀梅第四屆、
陳玲華第五屆(僑務委員蟬聯)、陳立華第六屆。2018年10月黎淑瑛總會長將領導團隊籌辦第十屆世界年會
暨第七屆世界十大傑出華商婦女「華冠獎」選拔頒獎，屆時請各界女企業家踴躍推薦報名參選。

華僑移居海外，擁有強烈的愛國情懷，同時也致力維繫傳統的中華文化不遺餘力，不畏大環境的艱
難困苦，一步一腳印堅忍不拔努力奮鬥。華僑是我國在海外的重要資產，更是經貿國力的延伸。各位姊妹
以實際行動，促進海內外商機交流、加快臺灣參與全球區域經濟整合的進程，實在令人感佩。在政治外交
上，僑胞在僑居地運用人脈網絡協助拓展外交空間，增強臺灣的國際能見度，協助行銷臺灣優勢軟實力，
連結全球，壯大我們國家，而這正是世華組織一直以來所努力的方向。期許南加州分會能協助配合我國駐
外單位落實外交政策，連結全球華人與主流政商交流、資源整合，提升國家競爭力。歡迎第五屆金冠獎得

對一個職業婦女來說，想要兼顧事業與家庭，滿足所有人的需求，甚至
還能實現自我的追求，是非常困難的，尤其是華人女性。儘管深具人際敏銳
度、樂於分享、信任、溝通等創業優勢，當女性在面臨女兒、母親、妻子等
多元身分時，往往已無餘力再追求創業與自我的實現，何況異鄉奮鬥，更是
加倍艱難。所以 【金冠獎】的存在格具意義，它不僅鼓勵華人女性翻轉傳統
觀念，表揚其智慧與能力，更串聯在地婦女菁英，集中資源幫助更多人。

【金冠獎】的舉辦費時耗力，壓力千鈞，南加州姐妹們不懈地一屆傳一
屆，薪火不輟，用心可貴。參加【金冠獎】，除了必須具備企業創辦人、經
營者、 專業經理人並且卓有實績之外，在公益事業上也需要相當的貢獻，所
以入圍即是肯定，都是各領域的佼佼者。

此外，【金冠獎】的得獎人將代表南加州分會參加兩年一度的世界十大傑
出華商婦女【華冠獎】評選，與來自世界各地的傑出女性企業家共同角逐世
界級的榮耀。更棒的是，因此加入世華大家園，與全球世華姐妹結緣，共同

世華心、姐妹情、共創美好

世華南加州分會成立26年，是世華海外成立的第二個分會，意玲在去年3月12日從
玲華會長接任後成為南加州第15位會長，很榮幸黎淑瑛總會長親自監交。世華的使命
「心懷世界，掌握脈動，建立網絡，發展經貿」，我們2017年工作團隊以此為目標，
確實執行，在主流社區、南加州僑界、商界都能起到相當的作用，成果大家有目共賭，
世華的曝光率及讚美之聲不絕於耳。

每個月都會辦不同的活動：姊妹一刻鐘--姊妹的專業知識分享；佳人有約--營養
專業老師教授經驗；姊妹企業參訪--全國性知名度企業的成功經驗--Diamond Wipes；
柔性又有趣的活動，如藝術的饗宴--在Hollywood Bowl 欣賞Mamma Mia 歌劇外，同時
享有美酒佳餚，羅曼蒂克的夜晚；私房菜交流--姊妹們的拿手好菜分享，也請到國際知
名的美食專家林慧懿老師蒞臨指導並分享；對於主流社會及僑界人士的活動，如新春團
拜、國慶酒會、升旗典禮及來自于國內文化訪問團的活動都積極支持及推廣參與。

對於總會的活動，如其它分會的成立及會長交接，包括美東、星馬、拉斯維加
斯、台灣等，南加州分會都積極參加。休斯頓發生暴風雨重大災情，南加州分會積極響
應總會的號召，一人一萬台幣目標，短短時間即募得近27萬台幣，充分發揮出「人饑
己饑，人溺己溺」的博愛精神。

南加州分會參加2017世華總會休斯頓年會的代表團21人，意玲親自率領代表團參
加總會年會全程活動，出席率高、表現出色。陳玲華副總會長參與年會活動的規劃，
李立華的華冠論壇，江瑞瀛及George的牽手獎，潘意玲會長2017年年度活動報告，
史迺麗副執行長牽手獎主持活動。姊妹們藉此觀摩，相互學習，經驗分享及資訊充分交
流，更做到相互支持的精神。團隊表現出色的「雞祥吉祥」舞劇，更是姐妹們編舞、服
裝、化妝、苦練及奉獻，出錢出力的成果。姐妹們美麗的啦啦隊及三位大太陽的攝影隊
團結努力，毫無爭議地取得最高榮譽-冠軍及500元獎金。

感謝2017年工作團隊，無私奉獻的精神值得讚賞，無怨無悔的全心付出及愛心的
相伴，使得會務得到總會、僑界、主流社區及商界的肯定。更感謝歷任會長及他們團隊
建立的扎實基礎，讓世華能發光、發熱，更成為僑界及主流社區間的一個重要平台。意
玲對於南加世華會務已經順利完成使命，我將秉持多年參加南加社團的原則「薪火相
傳，永遠支持」，更會帶著世華「卸任不卸職」的精神，繼續愛著南加世華。世華在南
加州及全球發展卓越成功是可以預期的，但成功不必在我，我願做永遠的世華人。世華
的明天會更好，讓我們一起祝福及支持南加世華。世華心，姐妹情，共創美好。世華姐
妹，棒棒棒！

凝聚 創新 共榮 感恩

【世界華人工商婦女企管協會】自成立以來，已在全球三大洲、五大洋各個國家設有62
個分會，是一個世界性企業界優秀工商婦女的組織，南加州分會成立至今已27年，美月承蒙
南加州姐妹們的厚愛與支持，接任2018年會長的職務，美月會秉持著南加州分會優良的傳
承，吸取歷屆會長們寶貴經驗、謙卑學習、以感恩奉獻的心、戰戰兢兢的辦好會務，在此誠懇
邀請所有姐妹們踴躍參加2018年的所有活動，團結努力再創佳績，感恩。

今天在2017-2018會長交接儀式時，同時舉辦【第五屆金冠獎頒獎典禮】。南加州分會
的金冠獎緣起於2006年，每兩年舉辦一次，主旨在於肯定婦女的智慧和能力，表揚婦女在職
場上的努力和貢獻，鼓勵婦女發揮優異的本質，創造更高的成就。【金冠獎】從提名、邀請裁
判、新聞發布會、審核、實地訪查、編冊報告、評審會議，是一項艱鉅的工作，此次身為金冠
獎召集人，由衷的感謝玲華副總會長因在2016年舉辦過金冠獎的選拔，(她本身也是金冠獎及
華冠獎的得主)此次駕輕就熟，擔任第五屆金冠獎選拔的總策劃，全程輔導，每個環節絲毫不
馬虎，過程極為審慎嚴謹，同時感謝金冠獎的策劃小組組員:史迺麗、李立華、冉瑞宜、鄭怡
薇、侯微月及金冠獎顧問團：黃趙企晨、張淑華、蘇珈蒂、冉淑綺、陳玲華、李立華、岑文潔
芝、郭凱琪，提名組: 陳玲華、冉淑綺、史迺麗、彭麗齡、冉瑞宜、李立華、蘇珈蒂各位的齊
心努力配合中，順利完成此次的選拔活動，經由以下十位評審委員:王秉慎副處長、翁桂堂主
任、郭俊良社長、尤信硯律師、葉俊麟會計師、田詒鴻委員、車慶餘總經理、陳玲華副總會
長、李立華華冠獎得主、黃美月現任會長評審出六位傑出婦女：胡張燕燕、蔡玟慧、張淑卿、
裴映棋、羅淑麗、陳十美。在此謹代表【世界華人工商婦女企管協會南加州分會】感謝所有勞
苦功高的評審委員們，您們辛苦的參訪及睿智的評審才能順利地選出此六位傑出的婦女菁英。

2018年我將傳承世華多年來慣有的的活動，與時俱進也增加【網上行銷】、【創業講
座】，同時美月將在10月組團參加世界年會，為了配合政府促進海外僑界加強投資，僑委會
海外僑台商投資台灣新創事業參訪團，懇請姊妹們踴躍參加，共襄盛舉。

一個人的力量有限，團隊的力量無限，辦好一個活動不容易，感謝所有參與工作的所有姊
妹們，因您們無私的奉獻出錢、出力、出時間，每個人各司其職發揮團隊的精神，才能使第五
屆金冠獎頒獎典禮暨2017-2018會長交接儀式，二合一的活動圓滿成功，感恩有您們，美月銘
記在心。

【世華南加州分會】是一支優質的團隊，姊妹們各個不但在自己的領域有專精、事業成
功，家庭美滿、且公益不落人後，讓我們手拉手，肩並肩為【世華】再創輝煌的一年 !!
