HERE’S THE TRUTH ABOUT
AJAY DEVGN’S HELICOPTER
CRASHING NEAR
MAHABALESHWAR
With the digital space taking over everyone’s personal lives, social media plays a
major role becoming an integral part of it. From data breach to hoaxes, fraudulence
has become a common phenomenon in today’s era.
Recently, the news of actor Ajay Devgn’s chartered helicopter’s crash near
Mahabaleshwar was doing the rounds on the internet. It was reported that Ajay
Devgn’s helicopter had crashed near a hill station located in Maharashtra’s Satara
district. However, as per latest reports by the local police of Mahabaleshwar, this
information is untrue. Several Whatsapp forwards were circulated where this news
piece was being cited.
The local police of Mahabaleshwar is trying to probe into the investigation and find
out the source of this Whatsapp hoax. A senior police official revealed that if there
was any accident that had taken place nearby, they would have definitely got to
know about it, but no such information is available anywhere.
The police officer further told a daily that this message was being circulated a week
ago also, and it has again started from Sunday. The authorities are trying to ascertain
as to who is spreading such fake news and sending forwards about the helicopter
crash.

third munna bhai film on the cards
If you have been ardent fan of Sanjay Dutt starrer Munna Bhai series, you
are definitely in for a grand treat. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, “Munna Bhai
MBBS”, which released in 2003, was a turnaround in Dutt’s career where
he played the affable Munna aka Murli Prasad Sharma. It was followed by
sequel, “Lage Raho Munna Bhai” (2006). Now, the filmmaker Rajkumar
Hirani revealed that the third instalment of the Munna Bhai series is indeed
on the cards.
“We wanted to do the third Munna Bhai film and even wrote a lot of it, but
we were not able to match the script with the first two. Now, I have found
something, though we still have to write it”, Rakumar Hirani was quoted as
saying to Outlook.
Talking about the success of the two films, Hirani said, “We were all new
and naive at the time. While we were filming Munna Bhai MBBS, we didn’t
think we were doing some kind of mainstream cinema. I only knew that I
was doing a different kind of cinema. More than its commercial success,
it fetched us a lot of love and affection from people. I was happy that my
family and friends saw it. That joy itself was enough. Never in my life had

Munna Bhai is a series of Bollywood films directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vinod Chopra Productions. The first film is Munna Bhai
M.B.B.S. (2003) and the second is Lage Raho Munna Bhai (2006). Now, the third instalment of the franchise will reportedly release this year.

doing the latter.
Fakhri, 38, who made news for dating American
director Matt Alonzo has transformed for her
upcoming film where she will be seen alongside
Sanjay Dutt. Nargis plays an NGO worker in the
film ‘Tobaaz’ and has donned a de-glam look for
the role. The film’s producer, Rahul Mittra, who
is also acting in the film, was quoted by a daily
as saying, “Torbaaz revolves around children
who are trained to become suicide bombers.
Nargis’ character looks after the refugee kids
from Afghanistan. She will be filming some
tough action scenes with Sanjay soon.” Sanjay
Dutt, menawhile, plays an army officer in the
film which is being directed by Girish Malik. The
film also stars Rahul Dev in a prominent role.
Meanwhile, Nargis will also be seen in a cameo

That’s why I love to come here again and again,” said he.

Not seen much on screen these days, Govinda’s last two

whatever acting work I have done is because of the blessings
of gurus like respected Dileep Kumar ji, Kadar Khan ji and Kriti

Talking about the current crop of actors, Govinda is highly

acting. He should be more versatile.

actresses in bharat
alman Khan‘s Bharat has been one of the most highly-
anticipated films right from its inception. The period
S drama is expected to be one of the challenging roles for
the lead actor as he’ll don 5 different looks in the film, which
will show his journey from the age of 18 to 70. Salman will be
seen transforming from one look to another with the help of
prosthetics and VFX, considering it spans over 70 years from
the 1940s. Each avatar will reflect the character’s transition;
reflect on his life and times.
Interestingly, the 52-year-old actor will romance three leading
ladies in the film – Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Disha
Patani. While Disha will be Salman’s love interest during his
teenage, Priyanka and Katrina will come in the film at the
time of Salman’s middle-aged avatar. Priyanka will have more
screen time and meatier role as compared to other actresses
in the film. Well, by looking at the star cast and backdrop of
the film, we must say Bharat is expected to be a bonafide
blockbuster at the box office.
For those of you who don’t know, Bharat is an official adaptation
of the South Korean movie – Ode To My Father. The Korean
film depicted the history of the country from the 1950s to
present-day through the life of a man. According to producer
Atul Agnihotri, Bharat will show us the journey of Salman and
India from 1947 to the early 2000s. The film is directed by Ali
Abbas Zafar, who previously delivered two blockbusters with
Salman – Sultan and Tiger Zinda Hai. Interestingly, Priyanka
has also worked with director Ali in 2014’s Gunday, which was
a box office success. Bharat is set to hit the screens during the
Eid weekend in 2019.

people could use strugglers for their benefit has suddenly become the topic

the Harvey Weinstein scandal was exposed in America, several Bollywood stars came out in the open and
told the world how they have faced casting couch too. Richa Chadha, Radhika Apte, Kalki Koechlin and

experiencing or knowing about its existence in Bollywood. RK’s girlfriend Alia Bhatt has also denied facing it,
but she did accept that casting couch does exist in the Hindi film industry.
While talking about casting couch, Alia Bhatt revealed to Deccan Chronicle, “I know and do understand that at
times, many boys and girls have to go through bad situations in order to be able to fetch some work. Everyone
has to face their own battle of struggle in order to be able to get work in this industry. And during their struggle
some people could use the strugglers for their benefit.” But what’s her advice for the one’s who experience
such situations? The actress added, “They should always believe in themselves. However, if at all they are
confronted with this bad moment (casting couch) they need to immediately inform their parents. And thereafter
go to the police.”
