Ivona, a native of Poland, entered the real estate profession shortly after moving
to the United States in 1991. Having gained experience in two boutique real estate
firms, Ivona joined the most prestigious Chicago real estate company Koenig &
Strey in 1997. With the introduction of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Ivona
has expanded further into the luxury market eponymous with the company’s
brand. Her area of expertise includes single family homes, luxury condominiums,

a local Chicago nonprofit whose mission is to enrich the lives of families with babies in the neonatal intensive care unit by allowing them
to spend more time with their critically ill child through the NICU Transportation Program.
At Jackson Chance Foundation, we give families access to the best hospitals, neonatal specialists, surgical abilities and nursing staff that
they otherwise may have to turn down because of the high cost of parking. Parking fees at NICU’s can cost more than $1,000 a month –
forcing many parents to make unthinkable choices, like whether to see their baby, or pay their monthly rent or mortgage. In fact, just one
day of visitor parking, at a top level III or IV NICU can cost upwards of $75. Can you imagine having to pay a fee every time you wanted to
see your baby in the hospital?
Through our Transportation Program, we partner with hospitals to provide complimentary parking passes for families with critically ill
babies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). We give families the freedom to stop by the NICU on their lunch break, to come before
work to say, “good morning”, and to make it back for a kiss goodnight, or to allow someone to be there 24/7, without having to think about
