7 Prepare a short presentation of your project (5-10 minutes). You would
want to impress upon the Committee that you have adequately addressed
the ethical issues in your research.
8 Researchers will be called to present their applications.

9 Decisions for the applications will be announced two weeks after the meeting. The possible
outcomes are:

(a) Approval,
(b) Conditional approval subjected to amendments,
