Speaking of fiscal performance, for FY2022/2023, HLA once again achieved solid results with Total Gross Premium of RM 3.1 billion and New Business Regular Premium of RM 530 million, despite the competitive business environment. Well done! Our prestigious HLA MMM Club also showed much promise with 107 agencies and 17 agents reaching this mark, with 35 members achieving the Multi-Million Dollar Agency/Agent level, and 89 members achieving the Million Dollar Agency/Agent. On the MDRT platform, HLA registered 8 TOTs, 23 COTs and a total of 320 MDRT achievers. Good going! True to tonight’s theme, A TRIBUTE TO EXCELLENCE, we need to go above and beyond to ensure that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with the service they receive. Only then will clients trust us and continue to do business with us. As HLA celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, I can’t stress enough on the importance of ethical excellence in our business. As the face of HLA, you represent a company with a 50-year legacy of excellence. it is pertinent that all of you safeguard our reputation by conducting business with customers in the most ethical and professional manner. There must be no compromise on this. Let’s make FY2023/2024 another ground-breaking year for HLA.
