Online Enrolment Process for Class 3 with Video Recording:

You will need to begin your enrolment process at this URL:
https://dsc.safescrypt.com/SafeScryptCA/

Open the URL and you would get the display screen similar to the one below.

Select the type of certificate which you need to enroll for:
Click “Yes”to allow ActiveX congrol on the subscriber page

Select the option Normal Registration and complete the enrollment process
Click on Register and you will ge the confirmation screen as shown below.
Click on “Confirm” and proceed.

Once the enrollment is sucessful you will get the screen as shown below

To Verify the Email id and upload the Video:

Upon successful enrollment subscriber will receive a registration confirmation email
which contains the URL to verify the email id and upload the video.

 To Verify the Email id of the subscriber
Click on the Email verification URL and system will display your enrollment
details as given below

If the details are correct you can accept the email verification part by clicking on
the Accept button, if any discripancy you can reject and the enrollment will be
rejected

 To Capture the video of the subscriber

Click on the Video Capture URL and the system will prompt you to record your
video.

Select the option “Allow” and clik on “Close” button to record your video. While
recording you have to read the script as given below:
Hello My name is <Your Name> and I have applied Class 3 Digital ceritificate
from SafeScrypt.

If Adobe flash player is not available in your system then application will prompt
you to install for which video recording is required.

Click on “Play Video” to confirm the quality of the recording and click on “Submit” to
upload the video. You can also “Re-Capture “ the video if the quality is not good.

To view the Video in VERA:

Click on the status option in VERA like (Pending, Ready, Delivered) and you can view the
video recorded by the subscriber.
