Covid Years
In this year and last year, I am fed up with hearing covid, covid for everything and anything. What is this Covid, I Aprameya Chiranjeevi
can't understand. 1A
Amma, I want to go to school, I don't want to sit with you in online classes- No, you can't covid Appa I want to
go to mall for games n food- No, we can't Covid. I want to go to Bangalore to grandparents' house, it's so long, I
met them, I love to go there, it's so green and beautiful-No flights, we can't, Why? Covid. It's so discomfort
wearing the mask - No, you have to wear. Why? Same answer, Covid. Our routines have all gone messy. I
couldn't understand what is this Covid? Is it a pretend play by Amma to avoid my requests or what?
Then one day Amma explained me that covid is a Monster, it's a small germ monster, very bad for health and it
will attack people who wander aimlessly outside, so we should be careful. But I asked, Is there no Superman to
fight against it , after all a small germ, we can smash it. Amma laughed at me and told, as of now it's very
powerful and it takes time for it to become weak and only vaccines can fight against it and smash it. So, all
people should take vaccine injection and if in case covid attacks them, the vaccine will kill it.
Also, Appa told me that all the vaccines we kids take periodically are also against the other monster germs
which attacked man 100 years back. Vaccines are the powerful superheroes which protect us.
So, to stay healthy and have a bright future, STAY HOME, STAY SAFE and get vaccinated for your safety.

• The ‘EYE.’
• The beauty of the rising sun, the vibrant colours of a rainbow, the vast shimmering shores, majestic waterfalls,
crisp mountain tops! We can discern these wonderful fractions of nature only because of one remarkable thing.

Hare Ram! Hare Krishna! Happiness is a state of mind which has nothing to do
with external world. One must win the world’s heart by love, and not my

faithfulness. TRUST Lord Krishna! Radhe Krishna!

The mysterious room
A lone traveler is walking across a marshy land at night. It is pitch dark, and he only has
a flaming torch with him. He has no idea how long that will last. He must find a place to
spend the night! Suddenly he sees a faint glowing ball of light in the around distance. He Alfie Jesson
walks towards the light source, hoping that there would be someone there. He walks, John - 8A
praying for some form of life. He sees an inn in the distance. It was lit, so he thought there
might be someone there. He rushes towards it with all the energy he had in him. He enters it.
He walks around hurriedly, trying to find someone. As he walks around, he sees a maid.
Before he gets a chance to speak, she asks him whether he is lost. He said that he is,
panting.“ I was camping but got lost” he said. She asks him whether he is from the area. He
says he is not from around here. She told him that she also once was in that situation and
said that she knows how scary it is. She said that she would provide him a room, free of cost.
He was so grateful and thanked her so much. He said that without her, he would not have a
place to stay. She said that it was her pleasure, giving a slightly creepy grin. But the man
didn’t think much of it. She took him to a room and gave him
the key.
It was a nice room. He entered it and settled in. The maid brought him some hot
towels. She said that she would bring him a phone in the morning too, to call
someone to come and pick him up. He went and laid on the bed, feeling very
happy. But he felt a chill on his shoulder. He felt that something that wasn’t right. No,
he KNEW something wasn’t right. But he thought it was just his imagination running
wild and ignored it. He slowly settled into bed, but it took him a long time to fall
asleep. Later, the next day he woke up. He went down and saw someone at the
counter. He found out that he was the owner. He told him that he had been staying
in room 2001. The owner was puzzled. Room 2001? That room has been locked ever
since a maid died there. He screamed, as he felt the cold chill
again.

1. Tubular Torture: The woman has an incredible, debilitating fear of flying. She must travel to see a dying relative
which adds to her emotional disposition. Upon entering the plane she is overcome with fear and her husband
consoles her. The flight takes a few hours and upon arrival they are allowed to leave the plane.

begins to accelerate downward. This acceleration temporarily changes his apparent weight effectively helping him
lose 20 pounds in seconds.

and leaves the store to take it to the dumpster.
4. The Dark Room: The man is in a movie theater enjoying a new blockbuster movie. He takes a drink of
his favorite soda and begins to choke on an ice cube. This prevents him from breathing or speaking momentarily.
Soon the ice melts and the man is able to breath and speak again.

to park on the fifth floor of a nearby parking structure every day.

Excellence is the key leading to success. Excellence is about being the best,
striving to be better. People are not born with excellence. They cultivate it over a

the past. It results from the hard work, dedication, passion, patience, and Hisham K.
commitment of a person. Shameer 10A
Life consists of experiences, challenges, and achievements. No man has ever achieved success
without facing obstacles and challenges. They play a vital role in your journey. To overcome any obstacles, we
must have a "never give up" attitude in our life.
We would have heard about the greatest basketball player Michael Jordan. He said that: "I have missed more
than 9,000 shots in my career. I have lost almost 300 games. On 26 occasions, I have been entrusted to take the game-
winning shot, and I missed. I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed." This
attitude and mindset of his helped him grow into one of the greatest players of all time.
How many of us have succeeded in the first attempt? Not many.
People rarely get the chance to succeed in their first attempt. We may fail again and again, but we must
always have a good attitude towards failure. If we repeatedly work on our passion, we can truly achieve our goals and
excel in life. You must always strive for excellence. If we want to excel in life, we should never stop till we get
what we want to achieve. "The will to win, the desire to succeed, the urge to reach your full potential... these
are the keys that will unlock the door to personal excellence.“
