I congratulate the team of Kendriya Vidyalaya Dimapur for their efforts of harmoniously blending education,
creativity and skills which is the need in this challenging period.

I am happy that the school offers a healthy array of extra - curricular opportunities in the field of creativity. If
the fertile soil of the mind is enriched with the values of love, kindness and patience the saplings of good
education and character will grow into strong trees and bear good fruits. I thank our honourable
Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioners, VMC Chairman, VMC Members and
Parents for their ever extended support.

The publication of Vidyalaya Patrika every year provides a good vent to the child's creativity where he gets
an exposure to exhibit his talent. I congratulate all my staff members and students for bringing out 'PRAVAH'
- School magazine which included the creativity of young budding writers and poets.

जब बूँाद-बाूदँ से बने सागर, हि ऊाँ गल़ी नह़ीं अब िुट्ठी हंै ||
लोग कहते हैं भारत िंे कु छ भी नह़ीं , यहाँा चचककत्सा का ववकास नह़ीं |
अन्द्य देशों से इसका िकु ाबला कहा,ँा यह गऱीब देश है धनी नह़ीं ||

हि कहते हंै यह भारत है, जो ववश्व को योग मसखाया है |
जो आयुवेद का ज्ञान देकर,चचककत्सा का बीज बोया है ||
बाहर भारत बदं पडा है, कोरोना का प्रकोप बढा है |
रक्षक बनकर हि सबके , स्वास््यकिी और पुमलस खडे हंै ||

मशक्षार्ी रोजगार िें काियाब नह़ीं हो पाते लेककन कु छ ववर्य ऐसे है, जजनिंे रोजगार के अवसर बहुत ज्यादा
है उनिंे से टहदं ़ी एक है | टहदं ़ी एक राज भार्ा ,राष्ट्रभार्ा और अतं राषष ्ट्ऱीय भार्ा के सार् –सार् एक ववर्य के
रूप िें भी है | आज राष्ट्रभार्ा का जजतना प्रसार –प्रचार हो रहा है उससे रोजगार के अवसर बढ गए| भारत
जनसखँा ्या की दृजष्ट्ट से ववश्व िें दसू रा स्र्ान ऐसे िें व्यापाररक दृजष्ट्ट से सम्पूर्ष ववश्व की ननगाहें भारत पर
टटकी हुई है |
हिाऱी राष्ट्रभार्ा की अत्यचधक लोकवप्रयता और बढते अंतराषष्ट्ऱीय िहत्त्व के सार् –सार् टहदं ़ी भार्ा के
क्षरे िंे रोज़गार के अवसरों िंे जबदषस्त प्रगनत हुई है |जैसे –टहदं ़ी अध्यापक ,प्राध्यापक ,प्रोफ़े सर ,टहदं ़ी अनवु ादक
,टहदं ़ी टंकर्नक,लेखक ,टहदं ़ी अचधकाऱी ,टहदं ़ी सहायक ,सूचना सहायक ,जनसंपकष अचधकाऱी ,संपादक,प्रिू ऱीडर
आटद पदों की भरिार है |टहदं ़ी ननजी ट़ीवी चनै ल , रेडडयों चनै ल ,परकाररता आटद िंे रोज़गार पयापष ्त है |
टहदं ़ी मिडडया के क्षेर िंे संपादक ,सवं ाददाता ,ररपोटषर ,न्द्यूज़ ऱीडसष ,उप-संपादक ,शुद्चधकताष, सचं ालक
आटद की बहुत आवश्यकता है | इसके अलावा रेडडयो ,ट़ीवी ,मसनिे ा के मलए पटकर्ा लेखक , संवाद-लेखक
और गीतकार के रूप िें भी काि ककया सकता है |इस क्षरे िंे प्राकृ नतक और कलात्िक रूप िंे सजृ नात्िक
लेखन आवश्यक होता है | लेखन शैल़ी िें सजृ नात्िक लेखन िंे डडग्री और डडप्लोिा ननजश्चत तौर पर ननखर
ला सकता है जसै े –प्रिखु अंतराषष ्ट्ऱीय लेखकों के कायों का टहदं ़ी िंे अनवु ाद और टहदं ़ी लेखकों की कृ नतयों का
अंग्रेजी और अन्द्य भार्ाओँ िंे अनवु ाद कायष करना | किल्िों िंे पटकर्ा लेखन व ववज्ञापन को टहदं ़ी और अंग्रजे ी
िें अनुवाद करना आटद कायष है | ववदेशी एजंेमसयों से भी अनुवाद पररयोजना के अवसर प्राप्त होते है | सभी

अर्-ष पहले दृढ ननश्चय के सार् कायष की शुरुआत करें, ककसी भी कारर् से कायष न रोकें , सिय का हिशे ा ध्यान रखें
और अपने िन को वश िंे रखंे, ऐसा व्यजतत ह़ी पजडडत कहा गया है |

पिले तनश्चय करंे फफर िी शुरू करें कायय
ककसी भी कि को प्रारंभ करने के पवू ष उसके बारे िंे पूऱी तरह से िन बनाना बहुत ह़ी जरुऱी होता है | बबना िन से या
बबना सोचे-सिझे शरु ू ककया गया कि कभी भी पूरा नह़ीं ककया जा सकता | ववद्वान ववदरु के अनुसार, ककसी भी कि
िें िहारत हामसल करने के मलए उसे प्रारंभ करने से पहले उसके बारे िें पूऱी तरह से तयै ाऱी कर लें और उसे सिल करने
का ननश्चय करें| ऐसा करने से आपको उस काििें सिलता पाने से कोई नह़ीं रोक सकता |

फकसी भी कारण से कायय न रोकें
कई लोग जोश और उत्साह िें आकर कायष प्रारम्भ तो कर लेते हंै, लेककन कु छ सिय बाद उनकी रूचच उस काि से कि
होने लगती है और वे काि को बीचिें ह़ी छोड देते हंै | ककसी भी कायष की सिलता िंे यह सबसे बडी रुकावट होती है |
इसमलए ध्यान रखें कक,चाहे कारर् कोई भी हो, अपने ननश्चय पर अडे रहंे और कायष को परू ा ककये बबना उसे छोडे नह़ीं |

समय की कीमत को समझंे
ककसी भी िनषु ्ट्य को सिल या असिल बनाने िें सिय का सबसे बडा हार् होता है | जो िनषु ्ट्य सिय की कीित
सिझता है वह ककसी भी कायष को बडी ह़ी आसानी से कर जाता है | सिय को व्यर्ष करने वाला िनुष्ट्य कभी भी जीवन
िंे ऊं चाई या सिलता नह़ीं पा सकता | ककसी भी अन्द्य अलाभकाऱी गनतववचध िें सिय व्यर्ष ना करंे |

मन को िश में रखें
िन को वश िें रखना िनषु ्ट्य के मलए एक बहुत बडी चुनौती होती है | हर ककसी का िन बहुत ह़ी चंचल होता है, वह एक
जगह या एक काि पर टटक नह़ीं पाता| जो िनुष्ट्य अपने िन और अपनी इच्छाओं को वश िें नह़ीं रख पाता, वह ककसी
भी कायष िंे सिल नह़ीं हो पाता | जीवन िें सिलता पाने के मलए अपनी अनावश्यक इच्छाओं को वश िें रखकर, परू ़ी
तरह अपने कायष के प्रनत सिवपतष होना बहुत जरुऱी है |

‘तनकलकर मशरूफफयत से जब िम फकताबें उठा लेते िंै,
चंद सबब और, जजन्द्दगी एितराम के उनसे पा लेते िंै,
ये कै सी अधं ी-दौड़ िै आभासी दतु नया से सुकूँ पाने की,

जिाूँ लोगों की तकलीफों से सब नजरें चुरा लेते िैं|
फक जरा बठै ो मल्लािों-सी शजससयतों के साथ तुम उन फकताबों मंे;

जो िर तकलीफों के दररया मंे फं सी कश्ती तनकाल लाते िैं;
मैं पढता िूँ, उन अनुभिों को बदं फकताबों की धूल साफ़ कर,
जो जजन्द्दगी के सलीके , इंसातनयत के िु नर क्या खूब बता देते िंै,

फक अब लौट चलो उन फकताबों की खुशिाल दतु नया मंे,
बेमुरब्बत इस आभासी दतु नया का अब पदाय गगरा देते िंै|’

कु छ सिय पहले रेन की एक सािान्द्य बोगी िें यारा की तो देखा कोच िें अलग ह़ी िाहौल है, सब
अपने िोबाइल को हार् िंे मलए हुए अपने कानों को बंद ककये अपनी ह़ी दनु नया िें खोये हैं, वह पहले वाल़ी
यारा के दौरान का आपसी िेल-जोल कह़ीं गुि-सा हो गया शायद |

याद करता हूँा कक अब से कऱीब परं ह वर्ष पवू ष सािान्द्य जन, यारा के दौरान अपने सार् ककसी न
ककसी प्रकार का साटहत्य लेकर चलते र्े और िागष की नीरसता को पराजजत करने हेतु उसी का अनुशीलन
करते र्े सार् ह़ी सार् सम्बंचधत अनभु वों को सहयाबरयों से साझा करते हुए आपसी प्रिे , िेल-जोल की नई
पररभार्ा गढते हुए अपने सिर की सार्कष ता मसद्ध करते |

देखा जाये तो ये साटहत्य ह़ी सच्चे अर्ों िें हिाऱी ससं ्कृ नत और सभ्यता के वाहक हैं| साटहत्यववद उस
पर आधाररत वाद-वववाद से नए ववचारों का अनुशीलन करते हुए भावी पीढ़ी को सजृ नशील बनने का अवसर
प्रदान करते र्े| उसी साटहत्य पर आधाररत गााँव की चौपालें गलु जार हुआ करती र्ी,ं जजसिें आल्हा-ऊदल,
प्ृ वीराज चौहान आटद के प्रसगं ों के िाध्यि से भावी पीढ़ी िें देश प्रेि की भावना की उत्तरोत्तर वदृ ्चध की
जाती र्ी|

ककन्द्तु बबडम्बना यह है कक, आज उस साटहत्य एवं साटहत्य की सरू धार चौपालों या याराओं का स्र्ान
िोबाइल ने मलया, जजसको धारर् करने वाला व्यजतत आज अपने आस-पास को ह़ी भलू चुका है| यटद देखा

जाए तो सिाज की नब्बे िीसद़ी व्याचधयों का वाहक ये िोबाइल और उस पर प्रसाररत होने वाला अनगलष
चलचचर व प्रलाप है और इसी अनगलष प्रलाप ने अब हिाऱी गौरवशाल़ी संस्कृ नत और सभ्यता को दवू र्त करना
प्रारम्भ कर टदया है।

ऐसा कतई नह़ीं है कक, तकनीक के ववरुद्ध जाने या पूर्तष या िोबाइल के नकारात्िक बबन्द्दओु ं को ह़ी
दृष्ट्टव्य ककया जा रहा है| लेककन कदाचचत हिंे इस तकनीक के द्वारा ई-िचं ों पर उपलब्ध ई-साटहत्य के
ताककष क उपयोग के प्रमशक्षर् की आवश्यकता है और यह प्रमशक्षर् हिाऱी यवु ा पीढ़ी के मलए ननतातं आवश्यक
है|

हाल ह़ी िंे िाननीय िानव ससं ाधन ववकास िरं ी श्री रिेश पोखररयाल ‘ननशंक’ जी के द्वारा चलाये
गए अमभयान ‘िरे ़ी पुस्तक िरे ़ी मिर’ ने साटहत्य की ओर लौटने िंे सार्कष व अग्रर्ी भूमिका ननभाई और
धीरे-धीरे यह एक सावभष ौमिक अमभयान बनता जा रहा है| अतएव िैं सिस्त साटहत्य प्रेमियों की तरि से
आपको धन्द्यवाद ज्ञावपत करता हूँा|

अब सिय आ गया है कक, हि सभी अपने पररवार िंे िोबाइल का प्रभाव सिाप्त करंे और ज्यादा से
ज्यादा साटहत्य का भडं ारर् करंे, स्वयं पढें व पररवार िें अन्द्य लोगों को भी प्रेररत करें, जजससे ताककष क रूप से
हि हिाऱी संस्कृ नत और सभ्यता को बाहऱी प्रभाव से अक्षुडर् बनाने िंे िहती भूमिका ननभा सकें |
