ACHIEVEMENTS 2023 Theme : SPOGOMI WORLD CUP 2023 - Malaysia Stage Date : 19 August 2023 (Saturday) Location: Persiaran Queensbay Mall Time : 8.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. The GREW Heroes, comprising students Monessh Gopalkrishnan, 17, Muhamad Nauwfal Abdullah, 16, and their teacher Chung Boon Jin won champion against 27 teams competing in the SPOGOMI World Cup (Malaysia edition) event. SPOGOMI is a Japan-inspired event that turns a local gotong-royong into a worldstage sporting event. ACHIEVEMENTS 2023 GREW Heroes participated in the 3rd International Youth Conference at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) on 24 June 2023. Organized by the Penang Youth Development Corporation (PYDC), the theme focused on the Sustainable Development Goals. The theme was well received with positive responses from the attendees. It was a privilege for the GREW team to participate, volunteer, review, and chair the sessions of the presentation. Our GREW Heroes, Sanjeevan was judged and awarded as the best presenter. At GREW, we create ample opportunities for our youth to excel through their vast reserves of latent talent.
