4Mission of the Month for June is the Bishop's Appeal for UMC 2026Communion for May will be on Sunday, June 7. On Communion Sundays, a special o�ering is taken to support a Mission of Cannon Church. The Special O�ering and Mission of the Month for May will go to support the Bishop's Appeal which focuses on raising vital funds for The Endowment for Theological Education outside the United States, providing permanent scholarships for emerging pastors in Africa, Europe, and the Philippines. While over 70% of U.S. Clergy hold a theological degree, fewer than 5% do outside of the U.S. Your o�ering can help close that gap and extend the mission of The United Methodist Church.
