Feedback We’ve Had… 33 “Ben and Amir have worked very well together, with Amir being really helpful and patient throughout the apprenticeship. Ben always felt extremely comfortable working with Amir which is a change from his negative experiences that he had at school. All of this worked out to Ben achieving a Distinction grade which is a credit to them both” – John Garrard Falcon Windows “We are so proud of Jaden achieving a distinction in his final assessment. He is an absolute credit to this company and wise above his years…He had no direction and appeared to have fallen through the cracks of the education system… He has never missed a day of work and he is a delight to be around. He’s very well rounded, grounded and knowledgeable – he gives our elder-tradesmen lessons!” – Anne Solihull Windows “Hannah started her employment as a support worker with One Fylde on the 11th of November 2020. From the start of Hannah’s employment, it was very clear she has the values and commitment that One Fylde were looking for, a true inspiration to those she supports and fellow colleagues. Hannah is a credit to One Fylde and is always striving to learn more. When a learner has an assessor whom they respect and can learn from such as Sue, who inspires them, a person such as Hannah feels encouraged and nurtured into the type of leader who will go far.” – Dawn Lasledj One Fylde
