IPRMSA IIUM CHAPTER: EDUCATIONAL VISIT TO POS MALAYSIA HQ
On the 15th of November 2024, the IPRMSA IIUM Chapter organised an Educational Visit to the Pos Malaysia Berhad Headquarters, based in Kuala Lumpur.
The visit reached its objectives of observing and learning about integrated public relations knowledge in a corporate setting, as well as providing the proper medium for 40 members and participants to interact with experienced professionals.
The visit comprises 3 sharing sessions, covering the departments of Employee Management, Customer Marketing and Stamp and Philately. Following up, the members received an exclusive tour of the HQ, where they managed to see the philately and work operations of the mailing business.
By 12.30 PM, the visit ended with a proper closing and departure back to IIUM.
