On behalf of our Board of Directors, I am pleased to inform you that since its opening, ARCO INTERIORS LLC
has delivered exceptional results that are in line with our expansion plans. We have achieved significant
milestones through the successful completion of major projects across the UAE.
Our focus on growth strategies and our ability to secure new and pivotal ventures both in Abu Dhabi and
the rest of the Emirates showcases our strength in planning and deriving greater synergy from our new
subsidiary, Arabian Co. LLC. It is also a firm testament to the Group’s efforts in forging further inroads into
the flourishing UAE market.

Our long-term vision, strategic approach, execution ability and determination to be a significant player
in the customized furniture, interior design & fit-out solution industry have been truly underscored by
these efforts.

I sincerely thank our directors, management and staff for their efforts beyond their call of duty and
for their dedication in consistently reaching and delivering on our objectives. Gratitude must also be

Arco Interiors is a one-stop turnkey solutions provider for all interior design and fit-out works.
We specialise in delivering precision fit-outs to all areas of interior using retrospective designs.
Our close-knit team of designers, architects, and engineers are able to translate client ideas
into successful projects that work both aesthetically and commercially.

Our in-house talent pool extends from Project Director / Managers, Project Engineers,
Production Engineers, Purchase department, Survey (quantity) department, HSE & QA/QC
Officers to over 100 skilled technicians. Time management, material management and people
management are the key components of turnkey projects that our teams are adept at handling.

The manufacturing division is optimally managed to provide resources that cut down
on wastage and thereby ensures competitive market pricing. At Arco Interiors our most
challenging and prestigious projects have been successful due to effective planning and
management of time and resources.

And to ensure complete peace of mind, we provide added value long after the handover of the
project by including post-delivery service and maintenance.

personalised interior design & fit-out solution—enhancing both ambiance and quality whilst minimizing

Arco Interiors recognizes its responsibility to our employees, clients, associates, subcontractors as well
as our community and overall environment.

We have set HSE standards for ourselves to assure all employees a Safe Place of Work. We constantly
strive to better our work to achieve our goal of zero incidents, with no lost time or reportable injuries, no
environmental incidents, or property damage, and the smallest “environmental footprint” feasible.

This policy is signed by the top management of Arco Interiors and will be prominently displayed in our
offices and on our sites. To this we secure the following commitments and actions:

- Compliance with HSE International, Local regulations and standards
- Project hazard identification, evaluation and risk assessments in order to eliminate operational
hazards
- Development, doc umentation and implementation of relevant procedures
- Providing adequate information, training, instructions and supervision for employees to promote
their awareness and understanding of HSE Issues
- HSE management of contractors and suppliers shall act in line with this policy. In addition, we expect
our contractors and suppliers to join us in following these HSE principles
- Implement reliable and effective measures to reduce risk of injuries, pollutions, occupational illness
and property damages
- Design, build, operate and maintain its projects/facilities for safe operations and provide resources

It is the policy of Arco Interiors to operate its company in a manner that recognizes its responsibility to
and for the environment. Therefore, the company is fully committed to pursuing and practicing the best
environmental practices whenever possible.

This policy is signed by the top management of Arco Interiors and will be prominently displayed in our

QUALITY









The ARCO Interiors Quality Control has the ultimate purpose to assure the Main Contractor & Client/
Consultant that the permanent works are constructed, and handed over in compliance with the
standards and the requirements stated in the Contract documents.

The ARCO Interiors Quality Control places effective controls on functions of Contract execution that
affect quality from the review and planning of Contract to the Completion of the works.

Documentary evidence of conformance to these controls is maintained to give assurance to Main
