a product fails to perform to our customer’s complete satisfaction, simply contact our Quality Control

Department so that they can issue an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). A full
credit will be issued after the return merchandise has been received. This guarantee is good up to

90 days after date of purchase.

To return a product after 90 days from date of purchase but within a year’s date, a 15% restocking
fee is required as well as an RMA# issued by our Quality Control Department. Product must be
unopened and in the original packaging.

Claims for damages due to shipping must be made at the time of delivery as carrier will not accept
any liability.

Silicone Gasket Makers

Silicone gasket makers are made of single component, room temperature vulcanizing silicone rubber. All are packaged in
pressurized containers that eliminate the need for a caulking gun. The silicone adheres to many materials, such as clean
metal, glass, most types of wood, plastic, rubber and ceramic. These products are great for a wide variety of applications,
replacing a wide range of cork, paper, asbestos, felt and metal gaskets. These silicone products are 100% solids and contain
no extenders or plasticizers, so they will not shrink or sag.

These silicones are corrosive to some metals and should not be used on electrical connections or on thin sheets of
metal. Do not use on head gaskets. Not recommended for continuous use with gasoline or fuel oil.
