TALENT FIESTA – CULTURAL AND LITERARY FEST
CONCEPT NOTE
Talent Fiesta 2020 will be the first initiative of MEM to bring together all Millennium schools across the
country, supported by MEM, under one umbrella. Talent Fiesta 2020 is being planned as a platform for
organizing inter school competitions for recognizing and applauding talent, to commemorate Children’s
Day.
OBJECTIVES :
• Encourage schools to focus on discovering, recognizing and applauding talent along with
integration of global values
• Build a healthy competitive spirit in children and to motivate them to excel in the critical and
creative skills through cultural activities and other art forms , of their choice
• Provide an opportunity to children from different schools to interact, participate and compete
with their peers, setting higher bench mark for themselves
• Initiate the search for ‘Talent’ that can marked and nurtured to meet international standards
At MEM , it is our belief that every child is unique since each child has been blessed with some or the
other talent that awaits the right opportunity and conducive conditions to get optimized. Talent Fiesta is
one such platform being created to provide a bigger platform for students to get appreciated for their
talent as well as raise their performance bar by getting exposed to students and talent from other
schools setting new benchmark as well as getting sensitised with global values
Themes selected for each levels are consciously mapped with the UN’s Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, that were adopted by all United Nations Member States in
