2 2023 was another momentous year for CMC Affinity – it will go down as the year that we hit our first £1million month in June 2023 and the strong growth for the first half of the year was fuelled by new accounts coming on board with Jazz, Eisai AD Meetings and Amarin alongside strong revenues in our established accounts. Although H2 has been hit by some client budget reductions which have reduced expected revenues, we can all be very satisfied and happy with 2023 - We have been one of the few Agencies to grow, in what has been a challenging year in our external market. Fifteen percent growth reflects a fantastic result from a truly superb group of people who I am proud to call CMC Affinity. Thanks again for all your efforts! We have received a lot of positive feedback on our posters and their layouts, along with our oral presentations. CMC AFFINITY HIGHLIGHTS Olivia Clift had a big house move from her hometown in St. Louis, Missouri to New York City in October 2023 Mark Porier had the chance to participate in an IPGH initiative called SEALx (Seeking Excellence in Agency Leadership). It was a 3-day program in New York that focused on enhancing leadership skills through customized simulations of client and internal meetings, peer feedback, and coaching. “While an intensive program, I found the initiative valuable and enjoyed connecting with colleagues from all parts of IGH Health. SEALx provides great lessons in collaboration and engagement both internally and with clients. I have been making good use of these learnings in my work with the team that supports Merck infectious diseases publications.!” Our very own Pam Intile volunteers as part of a speaker bureau for the AARP (American Association for Retired Person). AARP is an organization for those over 50 years old and Pam speaks on a variety of topics based on an approved speaker deck! Some of the recent topics Pam has covered are 1) the 6 pillars of brain health 2) decluttering and downsizing 3) fraud watch 4) job searching when you are 50+ and 5) caregiver resources and support. 13

The Roche team delivered a successful symposia at EULAR at the beginning of June in Milan and ERA, also in Milan!
