DATUK HAJI MOHAMMAD MAIDON

Chairman

Datuk Haji Mohammad bin Maidon was appointed as Chairman of Espace Group of
Companies effectively on 11th September 2020. He is also the Chairman of the
Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee. He holds a
Degree in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi Mara.

He started his career in the marketing division of Colgate Palmolive (Malaysia) Sdn
Bhd (”Colgate-Palmolive”) in 1995 and later in the Human Resources Division until
his retirement in 1999 with his last position as a Senior Director of Human
Resources and Corporate Affairs. He was responsible for the Halal program of
Colgate-Palmolive and had been working closely with Jabatan Kemajuan Islam
Malaysia and Halal Development Corporation.

He is an active member of the Halal Management Team of Colgate-Palmolive from
1980 to 2000 and is still a board member of Colgate-Palmolive as at this date.

MOHD FARHI ZAINAL

Group CEO

Mohd Farhi Zainal is a Group Chief Executive Officer of Espace Group of Companies
and Nafaz Corporate Group Sdn Bhd. He also acting as a Senior Partner of MF Tax
Advisory and MM & Co.

With over 15 years of diverse experience in the fields of business, accounting and
taxation, he plays a critical role in enhancing the value, quality, competency and
technological issues affecting business of his companies and also clients.

An accountancy graduate of the MARA Institute of Technology (UiTM), Mohd Farhi is
a Chartered Accountant from Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA), a Certified
Public Accountant from The Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(MICPA) and also a Chartered Tax Practitioner from Chartered Tax Institute of
Malaysia (CTIM).

Mohd Farhi is also a fellow member of Institute of Public Accountants Australia, a
member of ASEAN CPA, a member of Malaysian Institute of Management and an
associate member of Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia. He also holds a Tax
Agent License under Section 153(3) of Income Tax Act 1967.

MUHAMMAD FIKRY SHAFIQ AZIZAN

Group COO

Muhammad Fikry Shafiq bin Azizan is one of the Board Members and acted as Chief
Operating Officer of Espace Group of Companies. A Bachelor Degree graduate from
MARA University of Technology has been involved in the business arena since 2011.
He started his career in business by forming a digital -based Advertising agency.
Throughout running this business, he has successfully created many business
opportunities and prospects with the Government Agency and the Private Sector.

Armed with experience and skills in managing a company with excellence, he is
aware of the importance of new media that is rapidly expanding, he went one step
further by opening an agency related to Technology and Innovation. After nearly 10
years of running businesses, he now continues to explore various other branches of
business and further strengthen the businesses within a group of companies.

To this date, he is responsible as Chief Operating Officer & Director for Espace
Industries Sdn Bhd, Espace Communications Sdn Bhd and Espace Engineering Sdn
Bhd. He is also an associate partner for MF Tax Advisory and Group Chief Corporate
Officer for Nafaz Group.

IKHWAN HANIF IKMAL HISHAM

Ikhwan Hanif Ikmal Hisham is a Group Chief Marketing Officer of Espace Group of
Companies. A business administration graduate possess lot of experiences in the
field of business management and operations of the company.

He emphasizes the importance of providing the best service to the clients. He is
responsible for helping clients to reform and improve their operations systems by
providing various business solutions.

Through experience, he has succeeded in convincing private companies and
government agencies for the purpose of business collaboration.

corporate website for PRIMA Malaysia
Corporation. This website has two systems namely
front-end and back-end. The system is able to
accept registration, pre-booking and view the
latest project status. The back-end of this system
can generate a report for each required
information.

For this project we also develope mobile
application for both Android & IOS user.

through the backend system that has been
