Best Western Unveils Upscale Hotel
on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard
Best Western continues to enhance the hospitality landscape in Thailand with the launch of a
brand-new beachfront hotel on the country’s Eastern Seaboard, just moments from Pattaya.
Best Western Premier Bayphere Pattaya is a stylish hotel with eye-catching architecture and
interior design. The property features 174 contemporary rooms and suites, some of which o er
sea views from private balconies, plus an ocean-facing infinity pool, Jacuzzis, a fitness center and
an outdoor sundeck with cabanas. Guests can unwind at the eighth floor Lunar Rooftop Bar or
dine at The Rocks, an elegant all-day dining restaurant.
This exceptional new hotel becomes Best Western’s second hotel in the Pattaya area and
continues our rapid, multi-brand expansion in Thailand.

Best Western is pleased to announce new partnership with Ecolab, the global leader in water,
hygiene and infection prevention solutions, for the use of hospital-grade disinfectants in our
hotels and resorts. This new arrangement will help us to achieve elevated standards of hygiene in
all our properties, creating a safer working environment. In the new era of heightened awareness
of health and safety, this will also help us to increase customer confidence.

Congratulations!
We’ve Won 31 Tripadvisor Travelers’ Choice Awards
Best Western is delighted to announce that 31 of our hotels and
resorts in Southeast Asia and Japan have received Tripadvisor’s
2021 Travelers’ Choice Awards. Based on the ratings and reviews of
Tripadvisor’s global community of travelers, these awards are a
genuine reflection of our guest experiences.
Our successful properties came from all across the region, including
nine hotels in Indonesia, eight in Japan, seven in Thailand, two in
Myanmar and the Philippines, and one each in Laos, Malaysia and
Vietnam. They also cover five of our distinct brands.

Please Welcome Our New Team Members!
Best Western is delighted to welcome two new team members to our Asia Head O ce in Bangkok:
Ms. Netnaphang Pakdee (Nui) has been appointed as our new Regional
Marketing Communications Manager, e ective June 2021, supporting both
Best Western and the WorldHotels Collection. Having graduated with a
Masters degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management from Dusit Thani
College, Khun Nui most recently served as Cluster Marketing Manager for
COMO Hotels & Resorts. We believe that her talent and experience will be
valuable assets to the Marketing & Communications team.
Ms. Tanyarat Pengtangmo (Bow) has also joined our Asia team as Regional
Revenue Manager, e ective June 2021. Khun Bow obtained a Masters of
Business Administration degree in Marketing from Ramkhamhaeng
University. She has a strong background in revenue management in the
hospitality industry, most recently as Cluster Director of Revenue
Management for ONYX Hospitality Group. We are confident that she will
bring considerable knowledge and expertise to our Sales & Revenue team.
