BWH Hotel Group Signs
New BW Signature Collection Resort in Vietnam

BWH Hotel Group continues to introduce international hospitality to Vietnam’s most exciting
emerging regions, with the signing of a brand-new villa resort in Ha Tinh province.
Hoa Tien Paradise, BW Signature Collection by Best Western is a stunning 265-villa resort in
north-central Vietnam. Located on the coast, just a short drive from the city of Vinh, this new
property is scheduled to open in 2023. It will become one of the first internationally-branded
hotels in the geographical area and will truly be a valuable addition to region.

2021 Best Western Conference Call Training Programs

Since the start of the year, we have been conducting conference call training for the first half of
2021. The aim of the conference call training is to conduct two of the most important and
necessary courses: ‘Best Western I Care Every Guest Every Time’ and ‘Best Western I Care From
the Heart’ to the majority of hotel team members. We would like to thank all Best Western Hotels
and Resorts in Asia for your e orts and commitment to learning and team member development.
For properties which haven’t yet completed these courses, we strongly encourage you to provide
these training programs for all your team members in the coming June 2021. Please feel free to

Tawaravadee Resort, BW Signature Collection
Receives Important Training Course

Team members at Tawaravadee Resort, BW Signature Collection by Best Western, the enchanting
upcountry retreat in Thailand’s Prachinburi province, recently took part in “Best Western I Care
Every Guest Every Time” training for hotels in the Asia region.
In line the ongoing travel restrictions, a conference call training session was held on May 12, 2021.
This training course will help the team members at this resort deliver Best Western’s
world-famous standards of international hospitality and service to every guest.

“Train the Trainer” Training for Best Western Premier Sapphire Ha Long

The leadership team at Best Western Premier Sapphire
Ha Long, Vietnam, recently completed its “Train the
Trainer” course, which empowers managers to upskill
their own teams. Created for on-property supervisors
and team leaders, this training session was hosted by
conference call on April 19-20, 2021, and will allow the
hotel to deliver the highest levels of professionalism and
guest service.
