in Lahore, Pakistan
Best Western Hotels & Resorts has expanded its footprint in Pakistan with the launch of a brand new
upscale hotel in Lahore, the country’s second largest city and the capital of Punjab province.
Best Western Premier Hotel Gulberg Lahore commands a prime position on MM Alam Road in
Gulberg, the dynamic downtown district. The hotel houses 65 rooms and suites, a 24-hour business
center, health club, rooftop pool and meeting space for up to 100 guests. A choice of restaurants includes
Sunset Café, an all-day dining destination, and Shandur Grill, an alfresco barbecue.

The “Interacting with Customers” course is designed to provide valuable advice on how to enhance
guest service and improve customer relationships through conversation. It covers conversing effectively

understanding of the guest’s needs.

Two Best Western Resorts Receive Important Training Course
Team members at two Best Western resorts have completed their “Best Western I Care Every
Guest Every Time” training for hotels in the Asia region.
Due to the ongoing travel restrictions, conference call training sessions were held on March 31 for
team members at Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud, Bali, and then on April 7 for team
members at Tawaravadee Resort, BW Signature Collection by Best Western, which is located in
Prachinburi, Thailand.
These training courses will help team members at both resorts to deliver Best Western’s
world-famous standards of international hospitality and service to every guest.

New Global Net Rate Program
We would like to introduce you the new Global Net Rate Program (Global F.I.T.), or “FIT”, which
replaced the existing “FI” rate plan on April 1, 2021.
The FIT rate plan is designed to help you attract more leisure business, with rates recommended as
25% off RACK, up to 12 different seasonality options per year and variations for weekdays and
weekends. Each hotel has the flexibility to choose its own rates, in line with the specific needs of your
market.
