Gentrification Fact Finding Paper

PREFACE:

A fact finding paper can be very important when it comes to creating a research paper. It
is a huge process of the brainstorming part when writing a research paper. A fact finding paper
can be an introduction to all of your information from your topic. It is highly secured by using
multiple resources such as questionnaires, polls and statistics in a report. The main focus of this
assignment is to help the student gain information about their topic of their research paper.

Gentrification Fact Finding Paper
ABSTRACT:

The purpose of the fact finding paper is to help improve our fact finding skills when
creating a research paper. This fact finding task let us know the inquiry and subjects that are not
completely related in this field which it gives us valuable learning. This task shows understudies
how to be tolerant in gathering the correct data and pick the best response for each question. In
this paper I will be asking and answering questions about gentrification. However my opinion is
that gentrification has a negative outcome. Gentrification is eventually a negative outcome for a
network because it leads to a loss of culture, original occupants are displaced and it changes the
overall makeup of a neighborhood. Gentrification is now a common and controversial topic in
politics as well in urban planning.

ACKNOWLEDGE:

In performing this assignment I had to receive the help and guidelines of some respected
people. It is a very nice pleasure to thank my first year experience professor Mr. Phillip and my
mentor Ms. Vania. Mr.Phillips is a professor at Atlanta Metropolitan State College and he also
have wrote many books. Mr. Phillip feel as if anything that is always on his mind he can express
it any way he wants. Ms. Vania is an elementary school teacher and has a desire to teach the
youth. Both of these very nice well-being people introduced me to the topic of gentrification. I
will truly like to say thank you so much for everything.

Urban renewal is or gentrification is very common in Chinese cities in the past two or three
