incident.

4 Shocked by Azlan’s scream, the two men immediately ran away.
5 Quickly, Azlan reported what he saw to the police.
6 From the distance, he prayed the girl was safe.
7 A while later, police made a massive roadblock.
8 Then, they managed to catch the men.
9 The incident had been on news that night.
10 Azlan was thankful the girl was rescued.

Spending the school holidays with Uncle

1 One day during the school holidays, Azlan had a chance to visit his
uncle in Kuala Kemaman.

2 While he was there, his aunt taught him how to make salted fish.

3 Feeling excited, Azlan followed his aunt to the market to buy fish.

4 As soon as they arrived at home, Azlan quickly cut open the fish.

5 Later, he washed them thoroughly.

6 After that, he poured some salt on to the fish.

7 A while later, Azlan dried the fish under the scorching hot sun.

8 The next day, he kept the fish in airtight canister.

9 Before Azlan returned to the city, his aunt gave him 4 packets of
dried fish.

10 It was a new experience for Azlan and he was very happy.
