韩国合气道班招生 HAPKIDO CLASS （Korea Hapkido Federation） 日期：2024 致：学生家长 韩国合氣道是参考韩国大东流合气柔术并加入一些其他武术混合而成的新流派，为 韩国人自行发展的一种防卫术。韩国合气道亦是以破坏对手重心，使用关节技及摔技为主， 利用人体关节、穴位和要害部位的弱点,运用杠杆原理与经络学,采用反关节动作和集中力量 攻击对方薄弱之处,使其产生生理上无法抗拒的疼痛反应,达到防卫的效果，还能提升个人品 德修养。对资深的修习者，更强调面对中短距离武器如匕首、短棍、剑等武器的防卫。 任何有兴趣参加跆拳道的男女学生们，请填妥以下谷歌表格。 Hapkido is a Korean martial art that has the combination of moves from well-known martial arts, mostly by using soft energy to control hard energy, emphasizes circular motion, redirection of force, and control of the opponent to gain advantage through footwork and body positioning to incorporate the use of leverage. The class is specifically aimed to put an emphasis on issues that directly affect an individual. Such has how to handle bullying confidently instead of being a victim or having to resort to violence. The class also focuses on building moral character, self-confidence and self-esteem to help our students become successful defending themselves if were to be physically abused. The training consist of various techniques such as kicking, striking, blocking and throwing technique as well as joint locks, pressure point and various weapon technique pursuant to syllabus provided. This Martial Art is not highly choreographed; it is easy to catch up and unneeded to take years to master.
