November 6, 2024 San Diego, CA Healthcare is quickly changing, and collecting data is becoming increasingly important. We’ve seen that rehabilitation is consistently devalued, and with no integrated way to assess clinical care and patient outcomes, the care continuum is both inefficient and ineffective. Outcomes are unclear, clinicians are stressed, and we cannot prove results to our patients and payers. The Academy believes that measuring data and benchmarking data can help PM&R move beyond these burdens and the AAPM&R Registry is the tool that will help us get there. To help us reach these goals, the AAPM&R Registry has been working with a number of leading institutions who recognize the importance of this effort and are leading the way for PM&R data collection: To learn more about AAPM&R's Registry, visit aapmr.org/registry.
