“It is the most profitable
time to sell a home in
more than 10 years yet
homeowners are staying put
longer than we’ve ever seen.”

Daren Blomquist

Senior VP at ATTOM Data Solutions

“If the housing bubble and
bust had not happened,
and home values had instead
appreciated at a steady pace,
the median home value would
be higher than its current value.”
