• In the first month of the year our Residential new
listing sales are up 6% from last year, and median
value is up 11% from last January.

• Our listings are consistent with January of last
year with a slight increase in list price, approx 7%

• January 2018 compared to January 2017 shows
evidence of strong buyer confidence, however
with an increase in interest rates we could expect
a slight dip in sales
