on Lake CdA, and a $17,000 Mobile sold with a $510 brokerage fee paid.

 28% of our closed sales were cash

 DOM fell even further to 65 for previously owned homes

 MOI hit its lowest point in Kootenai County at 1.1 in December

 1729 Realtor members are in our MLS, making the new ratio
approximately 1/95th person in Kootenai County is a Realtor.

 Who would have predicted the Corona Virus would have made our home
vales appreciate about 11% in 6 months
