15 min: Break out rooms - The facilitator will
send participants into breakout rooms, where
you will watch one of the following videos
(your choice). After everyone has watched
their chosen video, you will discuss the
messages contained in the videos you watched
regarding success.

In the break-out room, the group will discuss
and create a “Top-3 List” using the word bank
given in the google doc for their group
(and/or their own ideas). The “Top-3 List” will
contain the three most important kinds of
success that our learning community should
embody. Success that - if lived out by all our
teachers, students, and parents - would create
the optimal conditions for creating
“Aspirational Learners”, “Inspirational
Leaders”, “Innovative Thinkers”, “Global
Citizens”, and “Happy Children”. They will write
this down on the shared google doc. Each
breakout room will designate one scribe.

10 min: The facilitator will welcome everyone
back from the breakout rooms. Each
participant will be asked to fill out this Google
form.
