DSO Sports Quark is a 360 degree sports solution company based in Delhi. We organize
sports events, integrated with Performance-Bio-Mechanics and Sports Analytics with a
mission to transform India into a nation full of genuinely fit players in every sport that
India competes globally. Along with sporting events, Sports Quark also offers diverse
sports solutions beginning from Sports Analytics, Performance labs, Sports Branding, ,
Sports Tourism, Event Ticketing , Sports E-commerce and loads of more things.
This tournament is an initiative by DSO Sports Quark , not only just to organize a regular
tournament but to add value to each participating player by his overall and segmented
performance analysis. The aim is to inculcate the value of fitness among the general
masses and student fraternity in particular. The organization has vision to promote
sports participation and fitness among various schools/Sports academies in India.
Sports Quark has successfully organized number of football Tournaments during
previous years on round league formats at convenient locations. We promote sports
tourism and thus most of our locations are in the vicinity of tourist attraction.
Consequently, these tournaments have successfully developed a niche in football
community as well as provided a platform for Footballers to enjoy and promote the royal
game of football.
In the series of campaign we are organizing U-14, U-16 & U-19 All India Open Football
Tournament (Boys & Girls) 11 May onwards in three slots.
Slot 1- (11-15 May, For U-16 at Kangra)
Slot 2-(27-31 May , For U-16/19 at Solan)
Slot 3-(10-14 June, For U-14 at Solan)

Registration Fee For 1st Slot (Boys &Girls U-16) AT Kangra
v The teams should send their confirmation before 5th May with the team entry fee of
Rs.3500/= (Three Thousand Five Hundred Rupees only) per player excluding
travel. The entry amount is to be paid online only.
v The teams need to book their slot of choice from the above stated slots.
v Slots are subjected to availability. First come first serve.

1500/= only. In that case they have to manage accommodation and staying as their own.

v The teams should send their confirmation before 21st May with the team entry fee of
Rs.4000/= (Four Thousand Rupees only) per player excluding travel. The entry
amount is to be paid online only.
v The teams need to book their slot of choice from the above stated slots.
v Slots are subjected to availability. First come first serve.

v The team which only wants to participate the tournament can pay an entry fees of

v The teams should send their confirmation before 4th June with the team entry fee of
Rs.4500/= (Four Thousand Five Hundred Rupees only) per player excluding
travel. The entry amount is to be paid online only.
v The teams need to book their slot of choice from the above stated slots.
v Slots are subjected to availability. First come first serve.

v The team which only wants to participate the tournament can pay an entry fees of
1500/= only. In that case they have to manage accommodation and staying as their own.
Age Eligibility- D.O.B should be after 15/6/2004
* Selected best players from all the slots will get a chance to attain an
INTERNATIONAL SPORTS QUARK FITNESS CAMP in August 2018 and will
also avail Sport Quark advanced fitness program for free.
Facilities to be provided by the Sports Quark:-
1. 3 Nights 4 Days Accommodation, Food at designated staying facility and Minimum 3
matches per team.
2. Refreshment for all participants, management and staff on match days.
3. Ground facilities including balls shall be provided by the organisers.
4. Winners and Runner up teams will be awarded with excellent prizes (trophies and
medals) along with many individual awards for players and coaches.
5. Certificates for all participants.
6. Sports Quark Health Card for all participants
TOURNAMENT RULES & REGULATIONS:
TEAMS
v Teams from all over India are allowed to participate in this tournament.
AGE BAR
v U14, U16 & U19 teams are allowed to participate in the Tournament
v Age Eligibility- D.O.B Should be on or after 16/05/2002 for 1st slot
v Age Eligibility- D.O.B Should be on or after 01/06/2002 For U-16 categories and
01/06/1992 For U-19 categories for 2nd Slot
v Age Eligibility- D.O.B should be after 15/6/2004 For 3rd Slot
FORMAT OF THE TOURNAMENT
v The format of the tournament will be Group Stage followed by Elimination Rounds.
v We would ensure every team gets to play at least 3-4 matches.
v Teams receive 3 points for a win and 1 point for a draw. No points are awarded for a loss.
v In knockout matches, winner will be decided by 5 penalty shootouts in case of draw. After
5 penalties winner will be decided by sudden death.
v Each team gets 5 substitutions.
v In case of absence of a team, the opposition will receive three points and 3---0 score.
v A minimum of 7 players per team is required to begin any game in the league.
v If points are equal, the goal difference and then goals scored against each other determine
the winner. If still it remains a tie then winner will be decided on the basis of toss or a
penalty shootout on the day of elimination round starts. Both team need to be on that day
with full team.

DURATION OF THE MATCHES
v Time duration for Group Stages and Knockout rounds will be of 30 minutes each half
separated by 5 minutes break.
v Final match will have 45 minutes of each half separated by 10 minutes break.
v Teams should reach the venue 1 hour before the scheduled time.
v No extra time will be there in Group Stage and Elimination rounds though Final match will
have extra time solely depending on referee’s decision.
v Lost time through substitutions, injured players requiring attention, or other stoppages.
The duration of stoppage time is at the sole discretion of the referee.
v If a team does not turns up in playable numbers to the venue till 10 minutes from the
scheduled time for the match, will lead to a walkover to the opponents with a score of 3-
0.
PLAYERS
v Each team should have a minimum of 16 players.
v No players outside the team list provided would be allowed to play in the
tournament.
v The basic equipment or kit, players are required to wear includes Jersey, socks,
football footwear and adequate shin guards.
v On the pitch, players are forbidden to wear or use anything that is dangerous to
them or another player, such as jeweler, rings or watches. Players are also
forbidden to cover these items with tape, cloth etc. and get on to the pitch.
v Players must follow strict kit rules which includes following rules-
o Wearing same colored (with regards to the team’s jersey color) tape or
sweatbands and wear jerseys with a number on them.
o The goalkeeper must wear clothing that is easily distinguishable from
that worn by the other team mates and the match officials.
MATCH OFFICIALS
v The match officials are the persons responsible for enforcing the Laws of the Game
during the course of a match.
v He or she is the final decision---making authority on all facts connected with play, and
is the only official on the pitch with the authority to start and stop play and impose
disciplinary action against players during a match.
v FIFA uses the diagonal system of control is the system of positioning used by match
officials (referees and assistant referees) in football/soccer and our referees at Quark
League use the same system for officiating the game.
v Standard game rules like throw-ins, free kicks, corner kick, penalty kick etc. remain the
same. The referee is the final authority for decisions on the field.
FIXTURES AND SCHEDULE
v By participating in the “QUARK LEAUGE”, you agree that your team will be
requested to play at any one of the suggested times applicable to the tournament.
v The Tournament will officially commence once the minimum required number of
teams for the tournament has been met.
GENERAL RULES
v “QUARK LEAUGE” will not assume responsibility in case of theft or damage to
property, injuries or other actions of the public authorities or organization of transport
due to strikes.
v “QUARK LEAUGE” is not responsible for the injuries or damages that the participants
cause to themselves or to other participants during the competition.
v If matches are abandoned due to unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, strikes
etc. we will try our best to re-schedule these matches at a later date but there is no
guarantee).
v All teams are advised to have their players insured both on and off the field.
v In the interest of safety, all players are required enter the playing area with the required
kit. Should a player enter the field of play without the required kit, the referee, or the
opposition, can request the player in question to leave the field of the play until required
attire are worn. Players are required to wear studs, shin guards, stocking and the
appropriate attire.
v Players bleeding from wounds are required to leave the field of play until the bleeding
has stopped. Players are not allowed to wear blood stained clothing, as this
constitutes continuing danger to participants.
v Any team behaving badly during the competition (protests about referee’s decisions,
clashes with rivals or with the organization) can be expelled from the tournament.
Team leaders of the teams will be responsible for the attitude and behavior of their
players towards referees, opponents, public, organization and facilities.
FAIR PLAY POLICY
The aim of this policy is to ensure that all Teams and their players / officials participating in
“QUARK LEAUGE” are treated fairly and with respect and that the “QUARK LEAUGE” is equally
accessible to them all. “QUARK LEAUGE” is responsible for setting standards and values to
apply throughout the Tournament at every level. Football belongs to and should be enjoyed by
everyone, equally. Our commitment is to confront and eliminate discrimination whether by
reason of gender, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, ethnic origin, color,
religion or belief, ability or disability and to encourage equal opportunities. Equality at “QUARK
LEAUGE” means that in all our activities we will not discriminate, or in any way treat anyone

origin, color, religion or belief, ability or disability. It means that we will ensure that we treat
