Poolwerx Pricing Options

Thank You for considering our range of Solar Pool Heating for your client’s needs.
Note – this pricing booklet contains lists for 3 products

• Heliocol
• SunValue
• SunX
Heliocol and SunValue are available in 4 options, while SunX is available with 2 options.

Option 1 – You pass a lead to Heliocol Solar Pty Ltd

Please email to [email protected]. Within 24 hours (week days) we will pass the enquiry to our
nearest salesperson, who will then contact your client and arrange to visit them. At this visit we will show
samples of product, measure and evaluate the available roof space, measure the pool, consult with them
about their requirements and expectations, and finally present them with a quotation (at the inspection
time or via email). If we are successful with our quotation we will handle all aspects of the process from
here on including installation and payment to us. After completion we will contact you and ask for an
invoice from you for the sum of 10% of the sale price (excl GST). This commission will then be paid to you
within 14 days.

Option 2 - Full Installation

This option enables you to quote direct to your client. Simply measure the pool, consult the Option 2
price list for the chosen product, add your required margin and quote. After we receive your Purchase
Order, we will inspect the job and advise you accordingly. We will liaise with your client throughout the
installation process.
After this is completed we will invoice you for the price as per the price list, and you invoice your client for
your quoted price to them. (Remember to check for additions like concrete cutting, steep roofs etc. )

Option 3 - Supply Roof Kit

Choose this option if you wish to carry out all aspects of the inspection, quotation and installation. Our
price list in Option 3 covers product for the roof array only. Please add in your own pvc, pump, controller
and labour as required. (we can also quote for these if you need them – please ask)
We will work with you during the selection process to ensure the best possible mix of Collector panels
is made and supplied to you. The product can then be collected from any one of our outlets. Our
Representatives will work with you on this.

Option 4 – Re-Roof Systems – Supply and Install

This option enables you to quote direct to your client. Simply measure the pool, measure the existing
system, consult the Option 4 price list for the chosen product, add your required margin and quote. After
we receive your Purchase Order, we will inspect the job and advise you accordingly. We will liaise with
your client throughout the installation process.
After this is completed we will invoice you for the price as per the price list, and you invoice your client for
your quoted price to them. (Remember to check for additions like concrete cutting, steep roofs etc. )

Heliocol Option 2 Pricing - Full Installation

This price list is for Heliocol Solar Pool Heating and shows a range of pool sizes with the corresponding
Purchase Price for Poolwerx.
This is your buy price when you choose to measure and quote direct to your customer and then engage
Heliocol Solar Pty Ltd to carry out the installation.
You will need to add your required margin and GST to the prices.
Heliocol will install an appropriately sized system (minimum 80% cover) based on your information
provided to us and our assessment of roof sizing, direction etc.
Included in the prices and included in the installation are:

• Necessary collector sizing for the pool size as directed by Poolwerx
• Automatic Pool Controller
• Pump
• Pipe and fittings as listed (minor + or – quantities)

This is your buy price when you choose to measure and quote direct to your customer using a Heliocol
Roof Kit only, with other components you source either from Heliocol Solar or elsewhere.
You will need to add your required margin and GST to the prices plus other components such as pipe,
fittings, pump, controller and your labour.
Included in the prices are:

• Necessary collector sizing for the pool size as directed by Poolwerx

system” and shows a range of pool sizes with the corresponding Purchase Price for Poolwerx.
This is your buy price when you choose to measure and quote direct to your customer and then engage
Heliocol Solar Pty Ltd to carry out the installation.
You will need to add your required margin and GST to the prices.
Heliocol will install an appropriately sized system (minimum 80% cover) based on your information
provided to us and our assessment of roof sizing, direction and size of existing system etc. Please note,
because some systems in the past have been installed “over-sized” it is important that existing systems be
replaced with a system of comparable size, irrespective of the pool size.
Included in the prices and included in the installation are:

• Necessary collector sizing for the pool size OR existing system size, as directed by Poolwerx
• Pipe and fittings as required back to gutter.
