Jeffrey Weise, 16

Jeffrey Weise lived with his grandfather
Daryl Lussier, Sr., a police sergeant with the
Red Lake Police Department run by the Red
Lake Chippewa tribal government.

Jeffrey took a 22 caliber pistol from his
bedroom, walked into his grandfather’s
bedroom and shot him 2 times in the head and
10 times in the body. Killed

Sgt. Lussier’s girlfriend was walking up the
basement steps with a basket of laundry, he
shot her 2 times in the head. Killed

He then took his grandfather’s .40 caliber
Glock, Remington 870 12-gauge pump
shotgun, gun belt and bullet-proof vest



Jeffrey Weise then drove his grandfather’s marked
patrol car to the Red Lake HS

He arrived at Red Lake HS at 2:45pm

Derrick Brun, 28 was one of two school
security officers working the front door.

The two security officers watched Jeffrey
approach the school. One took off running
yelling that someone with a gun was coming

Derrick decided that he would try and talk
Jeffrey down. When Jeffrey entered he
walked right up to Derrick and killed him
with a contact shot to the chest

Neva Rogers, 62 teacher. She was at the end
of the hall pushing a technology chart. She
watched Jeffrey kill Derrick Brun, who then
fired his shotgun at her. He missed

She ran into her classroom , locked the door
and started yelling to the students to lock
themselves in a closet.

Jeffrey attempted to get in that room. He
tried shooting off the door knob. It failed.

Next to the door was a glass window. Jeffrey
shot it out and reached into the room and
unlocked the door. Neva Rogers was holding
the door closed while the students ran into
the closet.

He pulled open the door, shot and killed Neva Killed 10 people
Rogers.

Chase Lussier (16) no relation to Jeffrey’s
grandfather, used his body to shield Ashley
Lejenesse. Chase was shot and killed.

Jeffrey May (16) attempted to fight back. He
was able to stab Jeffrey Weise in the stomach
with a pencil, just below the bullet proof vest.
Weise shot Jeffrey May in the face (he lived)

2:52pm Jeffrey Weise then went to the front of
the school and had a 4 minute shootout with
police. Jeffrey Weise was shot in the right arm
and stomach.

He retreated to a classroom, leaned against the
wall and put the shotgun barrel to his chin and
fired

Bailey, Colorado

Duane Roger Morrison, 53

He was parked outside the HS in a
yellow Jeep. He appeared to be
homeless . He spoke with several
students that morning when they
arrived at the school.

11:10am Morrison watched and when
the police officer, who had his car
parked out in front of the school,
pulled away he entered the school. He
was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and
had a backpack.

He roamed the halls of Platte Canyon
HS for 35 minutes, un-approached.

11:40am Duane Roger Morrison entered
room 206. Fired a shot into the ceiling
and orders all male students and the
teacher to leave. He told everyone that
he had explosives in the pack.

He has six (6) female students left. For
the next 3.5 hours he sexually assaults all
the girls…one by one.

He never spoke with police directly. He
had the girls talking to the cops using the
phone in the classroom. His only demand
was for police to back off.

12:10pm Police have evacuated 800
students

Emily Keyes, 16. One of the six girls.

She sends a text message to her
father: “I Love u guys”

Duane Roger Morrison lets 4 of the
girls free. After police talk with the
girls feel that something very bad
will happen at 4:00pm

SWAT teams from Jefferson County
(same team from Columbine HS),
Bomb Squads, ATF and FBI are at
the school

SWAT Team decided to make a
dynamic entry.

Room had no cameras

Morrison was seated with two
girls on his lap. He had a gun to
Emily Keyes head. He fired
killing her. The other girl fell to
the ground, he fired but
missed. He shot himself in the
head the same time SWAT hit
him.





Charles Carl Roberts IV. 33-years old

Son of a retired police officer. He was
homeschooled and worked as a
dishwasher at a Good N Plenty
Restaurant.

Two of his co-workers were arrested and
convicted of a December 20, 1991 murder
of a 16-year old girl.

8:45am on October 2, 2006 walked his
children to the bus stop.

9:15am, Charles Carl Roberts IV, arrives at
this one room school house in Nickel Mines,
Bart Township of Lancaster.

He has a 9mm handgun, 12 gauge shotgun,
Ruger 30-06 bolt action rifle, black powder,
stun gun, knives & 600 rounds of
ammunition.

In the bed of his truck he has wood, 2x4’s,
2x6’s, hammers, screw guns, hacksaw,
pliers, wire, tape, bolts and flex ties

He also has a backpack.

Charles Carl Roberts enters the room, fires a
shot and orders all the 15 males and teacher
out. Same as Platte Canyon HS 5 days
before

In the room with Charles Carl
Roberts IV, are 10 females

10:36am the teacher called 9-1-1

10:45am police arrive

The use bullhorns and squad car
PA system to communicate with
him.

He called 9-1-1 and his only
demand was for police to back
off

The 10 female students were 6-to-13 years old 5 Killed

In his backpack were sex toys and KY Jelly

He uses the wood, nails, screws to secure the
school into a fortress

He then tied up all the girls, binding the arms and
legs.

10:50am Charles Carl Roberts IV calls his wife and
says that he will not be coming home and tells
her where his 4 suicide notes are.

11:07am police hear shots fired

He sexually assaulted all the girls

In his suicide notes he stated that when
he was 12 years old he sexually assaulted
two young female relatives when they
were 3 and 5 years old.

He also stated that he has been
daydreaming about molesting again

Seung-Hui Cho, 23
Born in South Korea, moved
to the USA when he was 8.

Senior at Virginia Polytechnic
Institute and State University,
Blacksburg, Virginia.

In Middle & High School he
was diagnosed with severe
anxiety disorder known as
selective mutism.

He received extensive
treatment and special
education

During his last 2 years of college he
had several instances of abnormal
behavior. He submitted several
plays and other writings containing
references to violence. RED FLAG

2007 he purchased weapons that he
would later use to KILL 32 people

Weapon s used Glock 19 & Walther
P22

When he was in 8th grade the
Columbine HS massacre took place
and he was transfixed on it. One
class project he wrote he wanted to
repeat Columbine HS massacre.

7:15am on August 16, 2007, Cho KILLED 2 students, Emily J. Hilscher and Ryan Clark, on
the fourth floor of West Ambler Johnston Hall, a high rise co-educational dormitory.

Within 2 hours of those killings, Cho returned to his room, changed his bloody clothes,
reloaded, walked to the post office and mailed a package to NBC News that contained
pictures, digital video files and documentations.

9:45am Cho then crossed the campus to Norris Hall, a classroom building.

During a span of 9 minutes Cho shot and KILLED 32 of people.

As police entered the building Cho committed suicide in room 211 with a single shot to
his temple. His gunshot wound destroyed his face, frustrating police for several hours as
they didn’t know if he was the killer or victim.

Motive: He hated “rich” kids and called them “deceitful charlatans.”

Warning sign:

At the pistol range he would place targets on
the floor and shoot at them.

Range Master thought it was “weird” but
didn’t stop him or report him.

He did it, because he thought after the first
shot everyone would hit the floor.

Police enter the building moving up the
stairway shouting “Police, Police”

Cho returns to room 211, where he had
previously attacked and killed several
students. Cadet Matthew La Porte was one
of them.

LaPorte was seated 7 rows back, dressed in
his uniform, he ran across the room and dove
at Cho. He was in the classic tackle position
with 8 bullet wounds..fingers, hands, arms
and front of his head.

She was 5’2” very thing with bright red hair.
Classmate said she was “Pretty Crummy Looking”

Killed 2, wounded 8 children & a policeman

She fired from her home which was across the street
from the school. When she surrendered her
statement to police was “I don’t like Mondays; this
livens up the day.”

She is serving an indefinite imprisonment , next
parole hearing is 2019.
