Conditions, Layout and Supply specifications artwork

In order to guarantee the best possible print quality, we recommend to supply your artwork in line with
below specifications:

CONDITIONS
 Our prices and services are based on receiving your ready to print artwork.
 Corrections in design and/or set up will be charged according to our hourly rate.
 Client is always responsible for the quality of the supplied files.
 If colour deviation cannot be accepted, please apply a test print for approval.

LAYOUT
 Print area is within the blue line in the file.
 Visual area is within the magenta line, place text and logos within the line.
 Supply files at 100% or scale 1:10.
 CMYK (RGB files will be converted to CMYK, but there may occur color deviations).
 We recommend to create deep black from C 35% M 25% Y 25% K 100%.
 PMS colors are for reference only and will be approached as closely as possible.
 At least 100 dpi at 100%, but we recommend 150 dpi or higher.

SUPPLY

Adobe Photoshop (up to and including version CS5)
 Flattened (not in layers).
 File formats *.tiff, *.eps, *.jpg or *.psd.
 Each page in a separate file.

Adobe Illustrator (up to and including version CS5)
 Convert fonts to outlines.
 File formats *.ai or *.eps.
 Each page in a separate file.

Adobe Indesign (up to and including version CS5)
 Enclose all used fonts (PC fonts only) and linked images.

PDF
 According to standard PDF/X1-a 2001 profile.
 Without bleed and crop marks.
 Convert fonts to outlines.
