RATIONALE The current pandemic has created a neccesity to
adopt the online mode of team discussions,

It has become a ”new norm” for us to conduct our
business activities.
There are several platforms being provided by
technology companies to choose from
Which is the most effective and the best for our
purposes?
The challenges of working from home and trying to
balance between office tasks and handling our
personal lives can be quite tough.
Online courses have become an incredibly popular
way for students and employees to advance their
education or professional development

Teaching an online course requires different methods
from the traditional classroom, so it’s important that
trainers and facilitators adapt or develop their skills
to the online learning environment, to make their
materials effective and engaging for learners
The strategies discussed in this module can be
implemented to improve your online teaching and
make your e-learning course a successful experience

MODULE LEADER MBA(TQM)(Newport,USA)
Certified Professional Trainer (HRDF/PSMB)

Mae has 20 years experience in the training line, after having worked
and held several executive, management and senior management
positions in various organisations. He started his career with the
Technical Education Division, Ministry of Education, Malaysia. He then
joined a privately-run educational institution in Kuala Lumpur as a
member of the Senior Management Team. He was later appointed to be
the Group Head of Human Resources and was directly responsible for
training and development. Before becoming a full-time training
consultant, Ismail served as the Central HR Training Coordinator for
Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Bhd.
As a trainer and consultant, Mae has guided many of his course
participants to tap their true potentials through his deliveries and
workshops. He believes in sharing his personal aspirations and giving his
best to help people fulfill their individual goals in their careers and
personal lives. His warm personality and friendly, down-to-earth,
common-sense approach has made his sessions well received by all
participants.

Mae has a vast experience conducting various Organisational, Management,
Executive, Supervisory and Personal Development Programmes for all
levels of staff - from the Support Group and Front Liners to Senior Management
in both the public and private sectors across the service and
manufacturing industries. He was also the leading consultant responsible for
carrying out training needs analysis for SMIs under the Pembangunan Sumber
Manusia Berhad (PSMB) scheme. He was also one the trainers for the
Graduate Employability Management Programme (GEMS), Skim Latihan 1
Malaysia (SL1M) and MYSTEP through Khazanah Nasional.
Mae holds a Master in Business Administration in Total Quality Management
from Newport University, USA and was initially trained in mechanical
engineering in the United Kingdom and has received professional training in
management and human capital development. He attended the Certificate in
Training and Development (CITD) course from the Institute of Administrative
Management, U.K. and is a Certified Professional Trainer with Pembangunan
Sumber Manusia Bhd (PSMB).
He is also an Associate Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management
(MIM), an Associate Trainer with University of Malaya Centre for Continuing
Education (UMCCEd) and the International Islamic University Centre for
Continuing Education (ICCE).
