Other participants at the WHOI conference—John Cullen, a biological oceanographer at Dalhousie University in Canada, Andrew Watson, a biogeochemist at the University of East Anglia, U.K., and Jorge Sarmiento, a modeler at Princeton’s Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory—pointed out several other ecological concerns. Large-scale iron fertilization, in altering the base of the food chain, might lead to undesirable changes in fish stocks and whale populations. Increased decomposition of sinking organic matter could deprive deep waters of oxygen or produce other greenhouse gases more potent than carbon dioxide, such as nitrous oxide and methane. The plankton-choked surface waters could block sunlight needed by deeper corals, or warm the surface layer and change circulation patterns.

Directly afterthe Paradise fire attacks on November 6th, allegeded ‘smoke’ from the Paradise fires buried all of Northern California under a mass chem fog over 1500 ft. thick where visibility was limited to only a few feet. I flew in a plane through the chem fog and the demarcation line was exactly at the CA border Nevada and Oregon, like it was all designed and planned. San Jose State U Professor Craig Clements was set up with his LIDAR equipped truck driving all the way from San Jose arriving in Paradise by before 9 am, the morning the fires broke out and became “Hell in Paradise”. This is according to his account. His “Wildfire Meteorology” equipment at onset of the morning of the Paradise fires was used to see through the fires How did he know their would be fires and drive and be able to get there from San Jose with his equipment?? This is also first person admission that lasers (LIDAR) was used during the day of the fire incident! This alone proves premeditation!!! Tens of thousands died that were unreported from this one event alone. Wildfire meteorology is a relatively new field,” Clements says. “Now that these fires are causing more damage, we need a better fundamental understanding of fire behavior, particularly in mountainous terrains. We don’t know how winds around wildfires work. With better observations, we can better predict fire spread in the changing climate. During a fire incident, they use LiDAR, a tool that detects material such as smoke or ash by beaming light into the atmosphere. By attaching LiDAR to bed of the research truck, Clements and his team have adapted a unique technique for observing the dynamics of the smoke plume while the LiDAR scans, collecting information on plume height, location of atmospheric materials and wind speed. The group particularly focused on: • Iron fertilization across 10 per cent of the Earth’s oceans by utilising every merchant ship in the world • Adding lime to 10 per cent of the oceans to enhance alkalinity, increase CO2 uptake and counter seawater acidity • Drawing up cool, nutrient-rich water from the depths with large pipes to create an artificial upwelling that provokes algal blooms while also cooling the ocean’s surface • Injecting liquified CO2 into the seabed in depressions and trenches where it can be stored for 1,000 years • Increasing the ocean’s reflectivity by drawing up cold water to increase Arctic ice thickness, or by adding foams, micro-bubbles or reflective particles to the surface • Brightening marine clouds by spraying fine seawater into low lying stratocumulus clouds to increase their reflectivity and reduce surface temperatures • Farming seaweed on a large scale before entombing it deep in the ocean to sequester its carbon, or process it for biofuels In short, the group found a lot of potential. But more research, modelling and pilot programs are required, especially in consideration of the massive scales required. “What we are trying to do now is put some incentives out there, create some of these models for feedback,” Professor Boyd said. “But right now I can’t see any one of them sticking out headand-shoulders above the rest.”

I raised over $10,000 which I handed out to the souls who had their lives uprooted and were living in hotels provided by the government since their homes were flooded. Wikipedia~ Hurricane Harvey was a devastating Category 4 hurricane that made landfall on Texas and Louisiana in August 2017, causing catastrophic flooding and more than 100 deaths. It is tied with 2005’s Hurricane Katrina as the costliest tropical cyclone on record, inflicting $125 billion in damage, primarily from catastrophic rainfall-triggered flooding in the Houston metropolitan area and Southeast Texas; this made the storm the costliest natural disaster recorded in Texas at the time. It was the first major hurricane to make landfall in the United States since Wilma in 2005, ending a record 12-year span in which no hurricanes made landfall at the intensity of a major hurricane throughout the country. In a four-day period, many areas received more than 40 inches of rain as the system slowly meandered over eastern Texas and adjacent waters, causing unprecedented flooding. With peak accumulations of 60.58 in Nederland, Texas, Harvey was the wettest tropical cyclone on record in the United States. The resulting floods inundated hundreds of thousands of homes, which displaced more than 30,000 people and prompted more than 17,00 rescues. I met and interviewed over 30 people and to a person they all said this “was not a hurricane event”. A category 4 storm had been predicted and broadcast nationally to hit Houston for 10 days and the day before the event, the storm was downgraded to a ‘tropical’ storm, so everyone stayed in place. That night “the heavens just opened up” and “there was NO WIND”. Rain just poured and many had to evacuate and many were only saved by citizen militia’s like the “Cajun Army” who came with boats to rescue them. To a person, they said the real disasters occurred 3 days later when they opened up the dams above Houston and flooded out the people again! You tube channel, “Showmebaby” was there as well and reported being led into Port Douglas to help rescue people by the government, then the government abandoned them when the dam was flooded. Showmebaby reported seeing bodies floating in the gulf with bullet holes in them and a FEMA prison barge parked at the port as well. The US government deliberately abandoned their people at their greatest time of need. This was clearly a manufacture weather ‘event’ just like Hurricane Katrina where National Guard went door to door to confiscate guns from home owners protecting their homes.

I met Clarence (above) who had just returned from being sent to Dallas, Texas to a holding facility and then returned to this FEMA camp where I interviewed him. He had no idea where he was, had no money, and his home was flooded. FEMA would not let him leave the facility and his whereabouts thereafter is unknown. This could happen to anyone. In 1995, became a certified California United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Service Agency Agriculture Crop Loss Adjustor. She worked in more than ten counties throughout California. Many crop losses throughout the State can be attributed to weather related causes. She worked for five years for the Mendocino County Department of Agriculture as an Agriculture Technologist before being hired by the USDA Farm Service Agency in Mendocino County, California. Ms. Peterson was a Keynote Speaker at the 60th Annual DPI/NGO Conference on Climate Change (New York on September 5-7, 2007.) She spoke about agriculture and the negative impacts of experimental weather modification programs on tree and plant health, along with other important issues. Since then she has presented her United Nations Power Point Presentation to colleges, universities and interested groups. She was also interviewed on numerous radio and television programs.
