OURENDOWMENTS

The Office of Advancement is proud to oversee a growing number of named endowment funds that have been established to
provide financial assistance to students who wish to attend Bishop Moore Catholic. Each year a defined portion of the
fund is awarded while the principal investment is held “in perpetuity” so that the vision of the donors will continue to make
a difference at BMC. These funds have been established by alumni, parents, & friends of our school.

ST. JOSEPH CHAPEL RENOVATION

The St. Joseph’s Chapel renovation project started in 2020 with a goal of meeting the growing needs of our BMC
student population. The newly renovated chapel will be used for team retreats, daily Mass, Eucharistic Adoration,
and special Mases. The capacity for the chapel increased by 30% and now includes additional seating,
new statuary including a new crucifix, a statue of Mary, a statue of Joseph, and
stained-glass windows depicting the Stations of the Cross. A secondary goal
of this renovation was to maintain a balance of keeping the history of the
chapel intact, while making necessary improvements.
