the courses conducted are based on the androgogical
principles of learning. the methodology would be

participative, interactive and performance-based.



input would include mini lectures, demonstrations, handouts,
feedback and consultations; processes would include active

discussions and interactions, hands-on tryouts, critique
sessions, tutorials, assignments and site visits.



at the end of each course, the participants are expected to
compile an action plan of best practices for school training

and school management that will contribute to outstanding
performance and excellence in schools' leadership and
management.
