by 2am (Monday)

2. Phone can only be utilized during
designated breaks

3. "Free and Easy" denotes exactly
that - no work allowed.

4. Lets make this as productive as
possible!

5. Keep as close to the schedule as
possible - avoid deviating

6. One person to lead each session of
the meeting - taking notes and
sending email at the end of the
session
