OVERVIEW OF THE HIGHLY IMMERSIVE COMMITTEE OF LAUNCHING
PROGRAMME (HIP)

The Highly Immersive Programme (HIP) is a programme introduced under the HIGH COMMITTEE
MBMMBI policy that will improve the English proficiency of students through
increased exposure inschools. It is a reinforcement of the 1999 MOE circular Chairman : Pn. Zamzuriah Bt Md Desa
on implementing Englishenrichment activities in and out of class. It also (Headmistress)
aims to inculcate positive behaviourstowards the learning and usage of the Vice chaiman i
