THE CONVERSATION

Every brand has a story

The social sphere gives brands the opportunity to interact directly
with customers and fans on a personal scale. Whatever your
industry, segment and audience, a substantial portion of your
customers and leads are on social. A recent study found that 68% of
North American adults are Facebook users. Among 18 to 24-year-
olds, 78% use Instagram and 45% are on Twitter. Having access to
all those customers helps you boost traffic and in return boost your
sale.

FACEBOOK
CAMPAIGNS

Facebook still proves an efficient way for brands to engage with
consumers or fans. I have used a combination of both organic and
paid campaigns to enhance the reach of several different
businesses across various industries.

Objective: Build Awareness

This post for the Guyana Marriott was
done to promote a special event rate.
During the course of three days, the
post generated 1,800 reactions, 14
comments and 55 shares and reached
an estimated 120,00 people.

Objective: Engagement
The aim of this Mistisbushi post was to
generate a response. An open-ended
question was used and it reached over
45K fans and generated 785 reactions.
Its reach was due in part to shares, I
work to ensure all content published
depicts the brand's voice.

INSTAGRAM
CAMPAIGNS

Human beings prefer to gather and interpret information through
sight, which is why visual marketing has become so popular in
recent years. Instagram appeals to that visual nature. Through this
belief I have lead several successful Instagram campaigns

Objective: Reach

Through the use of trending hashtags,
captivating images, compelling
caption, and constant community
management. I am able to reach and
acquire new followers daily.

Objective: Engagement
People on social media are more
willing to engage with visual content.
In fact, 40% of online users will provide
a more favorable response to visual
content than plain textual content.
Since Instagram is visual, I take care
in posting only compelling images. 

ADVERTISING
CAMPAIGNS

Social media advertising is a much more effective way to nurture
leads and transform prospective customers into loyal ones. By
establishing a two-way relationship between your company and a
consumer, you’re establishing a trust which can then present
lucrative opportunities.

Objective: Campaign Awareness

 This wedding campaign for the
Guyana Marriott was aimed at
generating awareness. It resulted in a
reach of over 330K and 225K
engagement with only $100USD spent.

Objective: Increase Page Reach
LIKE campaigns are an effective way
to widen your reach. With the correct
targeting you can spend little and gain
followers quickly. In this campaign for
a travel agency, I spend $14 and
generated 358 likes at a cost of $.04 

SOCIAL 
CONTEST

Social media contests and promotions stir excitement and drive
activity from their audience. Excellent social media contests
require substantial planning and nimble execution. They have
many moving parts and potential points of failure and therefore
needs to be monitored frequently.

Objective: Lead Generation 
This campaign was held to generate
leads. Fans of the page were asked to
tag their friends and visit the provided
link and sign up with their email to
win. This campaign generated
approximately 70 leads and ran for two
weeks.  

Objective: Increase Page Reach

The campaign was done on Instagram
in order to grow the likes of several
affiliated pages. Contest instructions
were prise and followed by 75% of those
that interacted with the post. This post
generated 35 new likes over the two
days that this contest was active. 

EMAIL
MARKETING

Email newsletters can take many forms, from brief e-alerts with a
single story to the more common newssheet style with 4 or 5
paragraphs leading to a webpage with the full article. To determine
the best fit for a business I look at their industry, target market and
the objective of the newsletter. 

Objective: Establish Brands 
Email is the most effective marketing
channel to drive ROI. Email marketing
yields an average 3,800% return on
investment for businesses and for
every $1 spent on email marketing, the
average return on investment is $38.

BLOGS

Blogs give companies the opportunity to create relevant content for
their customers. Well written articles demonstrate the company as
an industry leader. By posting topics which resonate with their
market they are showcasing their knowledge, along with
marketing their business skills, service or product too.

Objective: Industry Leadership
Blogs are a great way to cement your
brand as an industry leader. I work
with you to determine topics that will
contribute to your SEO rankings and
will appeal to your social media
following.

RESULTS

By tracking key social media metrics — including likes, comments,
retweets, shares, repins and +1s — we can see what’s working with
the audience, what’s not, and how we can tweak the strategy to
improve results. In addition to using native reporting tools like
Facebook Insights and Twitter Analytics, I also take advantage of
the reporting software like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and Later.
