Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty is pleased to offer the Pittsburgh Penguins®
Affinity Program. This program features many benefits whether you are buying or selling a home.

To be eligible for these benefits, Pittsburgh Penguins® employees must register with Berkshire Hathaway
HomeServies The Preferred Realty’s Relocation department by calling 1-800-245-6172 or

THE AFFINITY PROGRAM INCLUDES:

Exclusively for Buyers:
• 20% commission discount on buyer side of transaction. Buyer must have signed a Buyer

Representation contract with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty.

• FREE mortgage pre-approval. Buyer will receive a free pre-approval with West Penn Financial Services.

• $400 discount towards closing costs. Closing must be transacted through West Penn Financial Services
and Everest Settlement Services.

• FREE Home Warranty. Buyer will receive a complimentary, one year home warranty valued up to $500.

Example: Buyer purchases a $200,000 home and the gross income is 7% or $14,000, the buy side portion is $7,000.
The total discount would equal $1,400. If you add the $400 discount towards closing costs along with the home warranty
for $500, the total savings would equal $2,300.

Exclusively for Sellers:
• 20% commission discount on seller side of the transaction. Seller must have a signed exclusive listing
contract with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty.

• Free enrollment in the 10K Program - a value of $250.

Example: Seller sells their home for $200,000 home and the gross commission is 7% or $14,000, the sale side is $7,000.
The total discount would equal $1,400. If you add that to the 10K Program for $250, the total savings would be $1,650

Complimentary consultation and free estimate for homeowners and automobile insurance from
My Preferred Insurance.

If you are currently working with a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty real estate agent,
or if you contact a real estate agent prior to registration, these benefits do not apply.
