How to order

Ordering Imex products is simple. Just search your system for Imex and
you should see all the products listed.

If you need any help finding a product please call the Imex Sale office on
0115 9440399

Deliverys

Any order placed before 3:00pm is usually dispatched for delivery the
following day. Our preferred delivery method is with DPD.

If you need a delivery to go direct to your customer then we will need the
full address of your customer, a contact name, an email address and a
mobile phone number. This information will be entered on the DPD
portal so your customer receives all the tracking notifications.

The minimum order value for carriage paid is £55.00 +VAT
Orders for less than £55.00 will incur a small order charge of £9.50 + VAT

Additional delivery surcharges:

Next Day FOC on orders over £55.00

Pre noon + £10.00 per consignment

Pre 10.30 + £12.50 per consignment

Saturday + AM £10.00 per consignment

Sunday + AM £12.50 per consignment

All prices are + Vat

Some areas such as Scottish Highlands will incur an extra charge. These will be

When selling laser levels the question is often asked about calibration and
service.
Imex offer a full calibration service on all the lasers in the range.

...the calibration process is simple.
Step 1. Go to https://imextools.co.uk/service-repair/
Step 2. Select one of the return options and fill in all the required fields
Step 3. Imex will receive a notification and DPD will be arranged.

As soon as this is done you will receive an email with confirmation.
As soon as we receive the unit back at the Imex service centre it will be
assessed and calibrated. In the event of a query you will be contacted prior
to any work commencing.

Trading terms

INTRODUCTION
The following conditions apply to the sale, loan, hire, servicing or repair of goods supplied, repaired or serviced by Imex Group International UK LTD,
hereinafter called the ‘the Company’. These conditions supersede any earlier conditions of the Company. No alterations or addition to, nor exclusion of, any
part of these conditions shall be applicable unless in writing by a director of the Company.

MEANINGS
The word ‘Buyer’ shall include buyer, borrower, hirer, leasee, owner or any other person who is in charge of the goods. The word ‘goods’ shall include
equipment including spare parts and other items supplied, serviced, repaired, loaned or hired by the Company.

PRICES AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
Charges for goods or services supplied shall be paid in full on or before delivery or completion unless the Buyer has an account with the Company. Where
the Buyer has an account, payment shall be made by the last working day of the month following delivery of the goods. If payment is delayed, the Company
reserves the right to charge interest on the monies outstanding at the rate of 3% above Barclays Bank PLC base rate per month part month. The Company
may close the Buyer’s account at any time at its discretion.

DELIVERIES
Any time named by the Company for delivery is an estimate only, and while every effort will be made to deliver on time, the Company will not be held liable
for the consequences of any delay. Claims for damage during transit shall be made within 30 days of despatch goods.

RETURNS
Goods may not be returned to the Company without prior agreement. The Company reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of at least
10% on any stock items of goods returned. If special order goods are accepted for return of the original supplier then the Company reserves the right to pass
on to the buyer any handling and restocking charge imposed on the Company along with any carriage cost incurred.

GOODS MADE TO BUYER’S PATTERN OR SPECIFICATION
(a) If the goods are made to a Buyer’s pattern or specification the Company has the right to supply 10% more or less of the exact quantity ordered. Any
excess or shortage will be charged for or deducted pro rata. (b) If the goods are made to the Buyer’s specification the Buyer agreed to indemnify the
Company against any loss in respect of proceedings or otherwise resulting from any infringement of any letters patent, copyrights, registered trademarks or
any other protection subsisting in favour of any third party in such a pattern or specification. (c) Polythene gauges are subject to tolerance of +/- 10%.

RESERVATION OF A TITLE
(a) Property in the goods shall remain with the Company until it has received payment in full of all the sums which are or may hereinafter be due from the
Buyer to the Company in respect of any goods supplied under any contract now or in the future subsisting between them provided that when the goods or
any of them are:

i. sold by the Buyer to a third party or:

ii. processed or mixed by the Buyer with other goods so that they lose their identity then the property in such goods or part thereof shall thereupon pass to the
Buyer and provided further that if the Buyer sells the goods or part of them to a third party the proceeds of such sale be held by the Buyer for the Company’s
account until the Company has been paid in full. (b) If payment in respect of the goods is overdue in whole or in part or immediately upon the commencement
of any or proceeding in which the Buyer’s solvency is involved the Company may (without prejudice to any of its rights) recover and/or resell the goods or any
of them (provided that property in such goods has not been passed to the Buyer under sub-clause (a) (above) and may enter upon the Buyer’s premises by
its servants or agents for that purpose.

SPECIFICATION OF GOODS: DEFECTS
It is the responsibility of the Buyer to examine the goods for defects in materials and/or workmanship which are likely to cause damage or injury. Illustrations,
weights and measurements are to be taken as a guide only, and are not binding in detail. The Company reserved the right without affecting the validity of the
contract to make such changes in materials, dimensions and designs as are reasonable or desirable.

INSTALLATION
Where assembly of the goods is not done by the Company, the party assembling the goods must follow the instructions supplied with the goods. Failure to do
so will invalidate the Company’s liability for damage caused to or by the goods. The Buyer is responsible to ensure that the instruction have been obtained
from the Company.

ADVICE, INFORMATION AND OPINION
Advice, information and opinion given by the employee or agent of the Company is given without legal responsibility. Any recommendation or suggestion
relating to the use of goods made by the Company whether in technical literature or in response to specific enquiry is given in good faith, but it is for the
Buyer to satisfy himself of the suitability of the goods for his particular purpose, and he shall be deemed to have done so.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Whilst every effort is made to supply goods of acceptable quality, the Company expressly excludes any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any personal
injury, loss or damage, financial, consequential or otherwise, direct or indirect, of any kind whatsoever for anything done or omitted in connection with the
Company’s products or services.

GUARANTEES
Guarantees given shall not be applicable outside mainland UK unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company in writing. Any guarantee given will be
invalidated of the goods are subject to misuse or accident after the Buyer had taken delivery.

LAW APPLICABLE
Any contract or sale made by the Company shall in all respects be construed and operate as an English contract and in conformity to English Law.

The Rotary Laser units are available in three variations. Unless specified a strandard reciever will be supplied with each unit. The superior LRX
range consists of 2 different units with measurement readout. The LRX6 unit will indicate upto 25mm either side of a laser line. The LRX10 will

measure within a 90mm range with the zero point configurable by the user.

LX25P-Multi Line & Dot Laser

Multi Line Laser with 5 dots

Available in Red Beam or Green Beam

The Imex LX25P series Multi Line and dot
Laser level is the perfect tool for setting
out.

The horizontal line is a full 180° line so
setting a line around a room with the
rotating base is simple.

The dots give a true plumb up/down and
the left, right and back dots are all set at
90°.

The LX25P gane be used with an Imex
detector for outdoor use.

LX22-Line Laser

Cross Line Laser with Plumb Spot

Available in Red Beam or Green Beam

The LX22 is the most popular line laser in the
range. This is due to the high quality line and
accuracy.

The Vertical beam gives a very "tall" line and if
the unit is placed on the floor it will start
100mm in front, go along the floor, up the wall
and back across the ceiling to a point beyond
the laser.

The horizontal beam gives a very wide line and
if the unit is placed into a corner of a room at
45° the lines start 500mm from the unit and
project all the way around the room.

The laser also gives a vertical plumb spot which
is perfect for marking out for down-lights etc.
