In 1987, Jill McGregor-Hainline founded a woman-owned company called Capitol Services, Inc. (CSI)
right in the heart of vibrant Washington, DC. With an unwavering mantra to always put clients first,
CSI quickly became a respected DMC. As our dynamic team grew, we discovered unique skillsets that
paved the road towards developing dedicated departments such as transportation, creative services, and
staffing, offering clients even deeper support. With talented staff at the helm and the ability to take on
even more events, CSI grew beyond the nation’s capital.
