relationship is, frequent and open communication, mutual respect and
a clear understanding of what is best for each individual child.

At Bhavans we completely understand the importance of a child’s
growth and the sensitive role of parents along with teachers, wherein
we foster your child's learning through joint efforts of parents, teach-
ers and the school. When parents and teachers share responsibility.

Keeping this in mind Bhavans Pearl Wisdom School organized Par-
ent Orientation Programme 2019- 20 on 20th April 2019. Our Princi-
pal ,Mr. Nandakumar enlightened the gathering by walking through
the Vision and Philosophy of the school. He introduced the entire Ac-
ademic, Administrative and Support Staff to the Parents.

Followed by this the parents were given an idea upon how their child
spends “A Day at Bhavans”. The aim was to give parents an oppor-
tunity to experience and understand the world their child explores in
the school. The Parents were given an insight upon the Bhavans
Learning System which is based on the belief that locked within eve-
ry child is the inherent potential for greatness. It identifies the specific
skill set of every child and helps each one of them to derive motiva-
tion from within as well as from the environment. Using the most ad-
vanced audio, visual and kinesthetic learning techniques, Bhavans
makes education effortless and effective.

By the end of the Program, the Parents understood and experienced
what happens in the classes and how the child experiences learn-
ing. While detailing about the “Bhavans Pearl Wisdom School” Al

Working at Ease!!!!!

In the present scenario employee and student handbook are not suf-
ficient anymore when it comes to introducing and welcoming
teachers in their new environment. Supporting a new teacher
should be a shared responsibility. Developing a community of
teachers within the school culture ensures the sustainability of fu-
ture mentoring support. Getting to know your director and other
new teachers in this kind of setting will help you with future en-
counters with the director and also with your potential new good
friends.

Through the sharing of mentoring responsibilities new teachers can
benefit from support from the whole school. With the same
thoughts and motivating words Our Director Mr. Sooraj Ramachan-
dran had an interactive talk with the staff and encouraged them to
have a bright and successful year ahead.

Exposure to Edutech!!!!

In today’s world of rising competition, technology plays a very crucial role in making our lives easy and comfortable. There is no
doubt that it is the most significant component of our survival in today’s era. Presently, each and every day, a novel application or
software is being introduced in the economy that serves to enhance and uplift the lifestyle of the people in innumerable ways; hence
making our lives better and full of smart components. Education needs an upgrade every now and then, so that we as teachers can
provide the level of supreme education, to build the new generation.
BPWS is installed with the latest technology gadget to bestow the best education standards to its children. Teachers were given spe-
cial training session to update themselves about the new Panel as this can be used as a special boon to instill quality education among
children. The Digital campus was also explained so that the teachers can update their Lesson plans and utilize the classroom teaching
time effectively.

Page 5

Information is the source of learning!!!!

You have set yourself up for success, by learning everything
there is to know about school and different policies and where to
find correct answers to questions; setting up an organized class-
room with every book, paper, and handout ready to go; working
out basic rules to create a classroom that is a welcoming and safe
place for intellectual development; determining consequences to
support the rules; and planning for procedures and schedules that
make sense. Now it is time to get to the actual purpose of the
job—teaching students.
Teaching students isn’t an easy job, it takes a lot of efforts and
proper planning. If a teacher is well prepared and ready with new
innovative ideas of teaching, there is no doubt that the class
would always be a successful one. To prepare the teachers for a
well-organized class, Principal Mr. Nandakumar had an effective
session on Year Plan, Unit Plan and Lesson Plan. The minutest of
details were explained in a very easy way which helped the
teachers to acquaint themselves with all the information.
