We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.
Happy New Year! Thank you for all you do to make the
club an enjoyable place for golf, camaraderie, and work.
We are blessed to have a caring, supportive, and friendly
membership. The club had a fabulous year where many
fond memories were made.

Our team awaits the coming golf season and when we can
see each of you again.

From the AGM

Happy New Year, I hope everyone had a wonderful
Holiday season with family and friends. I personally
was able to spend quality time with my family, and it
helped really rejuvenate my spirits. With more
daylight happening every day, spring will be here soon,
along with warm weather, green grass, and golf balls in
the air.

Everyone has new years resolutions; what is yours?
I am looking to build some better habits. A couple of
these habits are exercising and reading. The reason for
the exercise is so I can feel better. Last year if I played
18 holes, it would be 3 to 5 business days before my
body wanted to make more golf swings. When it comes
to building good habits, you don’t have to stress about
doing them every day, life happens, and sometimes it is not in the cards. I heard about the Two-
Day rule, and I am doing my best to stick with it. The two-day rule is simple, don’t miss two days
in a row. If I go to bed late and I don’t feel like getting up early to work out, I will make sure I do it
the next day. Reading- The book of the month is Atomic Habits by James Clear. It is a great book,
and I encourage everyone to read it if you are interested in building and refining some habits.

I can’t wait to see you at the club. I can smell spring around the corner. Thank you all for being
members of this amazing club; let’s make 2023 the best year yet!

2023 Member Referral Program

1st Referral – Family Cart Pass for the individual (not company) making the referral. Can be
used this season or next season if you already have a cart pass.
2nd Referral - $500 Lodging Certificate to use for yourself or as a gift to someone. Expires
12/31/2024.
3rd Referral - $500 GCDT Gift Card

Referring member needs to let Tammy know when they refer someone in advance of the person
joining. Once a person completes their application, a member cannot later claim the referral. She
does inquire with all potential applicants as to how they heard about us or if anyone recommended

1st Annual Member-Guest Tournament!



Men’s Member-Guest event featuring a match-play format.

Friday practice round and welcome dinner.
Three 9-hole matches on Saturday.
Two 9-hole matches on Sunday, with the top qualifiers
competing in the Shootout to determine the 867
Champions.

We are so excited to see what 2023 will bring.
December was so much fun! Thank you to all who had
their holiday parties with us. Santa coming to visit
was a blast. I think the staff enjoyed it as much as the
children did. We are working on some events these
next few months, so keep a lookout for them.

Valentine’s Day will be here before we know it. Chef Travis is working on an amazing menu.
Don’t forget to get your reservations in for our sweetheart dinner. I would like to send out a
huge thank you to all of our staff here at the restaurant, and we appreciate your hard work and
dedication to help make each visit a memorable one.
