Secure Printer – Print, Scan & Fax
Secure Printing can keep sensitive and
confidential information safe by controlling the
transfer and production of sensitive information. It
works by tying the user to the document by
requiring that user to identify him/herself at the
printer (via a PIN# or access / ID card) before
production will begin.

BYOD – Device Enrollment
What is • An acronym for “Bring Your Own Device”.
BYOD? • Khazanah’s BYOD program allows for all permanent and directly
employed contract staff to access Khazanah’s data and
information using their personal devices.

installation guide is accessible in the Bring Your Own Device
Programme Deck (Section A) in SharePoint
Once installation & activation in Step 1 completed , 02
submit the following Microsoft Forms to provide details of your BYOD mobile
device > Scan this QR Code for Khazanah BYOD Mobile Device Information
03 Once prompted to install Zimperium zIPS Mobile Apps on your mobile device, proceed to
Section B in the same installation guide used in Step 1 above.

A: From 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Q: How to connect Khazanah network for accessing internal
system such as KiFS or KiTS when work from home (WFH)
A: By connecting Zscaler apps from Khazanah owned-
device [refer Page 10-ICT for Zscaler installation]
Q: My smartphone device is having a problem (can’t switch
ON) - can I send it to ICT Technical team for rectification
A: ICT Technical shall provide support on issues related to
Khazanah’s application which are installed on your BYOD
device only
Q: Can I install non-standard software from my computer
A: Yes, you can install without getting approval from ICT
but for the selected non-standard software
